He and his crew worked very hard, and came back on the weekend to finish due to power outage of several days, so the floors would be done for Monday move. The old saying of you get what you pay for...FCI was more expensive, but in the end it was TOTALLY worth it. The customer service alone was worth the extra money! Matt went out of his way to help me move a few heavy boxes the movers put in front of sink! The roofer, or cleaner put the "safety/anti burglar " dowel in sliding door wrong, and it was jammed. As I walked to the material I needed to load, one of the young men walked over to me and asked if I needed help. I'm sporting a cane post knee surgery. The young man loaded my item into my truck. Mike's estimate for the carpet stretching was 25% less than the other quotes I got, and his estimate for the carpet strip was 45% less than the other estimates. Scheduling was easy and Mike and his team arrived on time. Mike called the night before to confirm the appointment, which I also appreciated. The job took about 1-1/2 hours (efficient!) and they cleaned up after themselves (another plus!). They did an amazing job!
