Richardsons Fix the way do business…read more I bought a used 2018 TT & an extended warranty from Richardsons in late 2021 took it out for the 1st trip 3 months later. Toilet flushed once then water pressure to toilet was gone. I take my Trailer in for the issue toilet won't fill properly due to low water pressure to toilet only. Kitchen, restroom sinks and shower all have good water pressure. I explain how I feel it might be the toilet valve to Guy A as he takes trailer information from me. 1 week later I get a call from Guy A saying I need a new toilet that run $700 and the warranty don't cover it. I lose my cool explain how it's BS. I just got the trailer from them, I asked don't you guys check the trailers before you sell them some kind of point inspection. The toilet worked for 1 fill then pressure was lost. He apologizes and says he understands I should had been able to use it more... I feel bad so I go into the office apologize to Guy A for losing my cool I understand it's not his fault. He seems to accept my apology so I ask him to help me understand the issues. I ask various questions when Guy B jumps in and says there's build up, could be from city or camp site having poor water and or hard water. I explain I understand, but that build up normally don't happen from 1 fish to the other it takes time. Mean while Guy A went back to speak with the service tech and confirmed that water is flowing to the toilet but then there's build up. I say thank you and say I'm not paying for a toilet. They explain how I'm gonna have to pay $175 for the time spent. I tell them I can't take trailer yet cuz I'm in my car. I return an 45min later with warranty in hand to show that warranty states it covers valves and fittings which I felt is where the issue is. Guy A is on the phone so I'm standing there waiting Guy B asks what I have, I say my warranty showing valves are covered did you guys check the valve? He then replied with yes there is blockage warranty won't cover blockage you need a new toilet if you want it fixed. Guy A gets off the phone and says they were going to let me take my trailer with no charge cuz I didn't sign that section of the paperwork. I say thanks can I pick it up tomorrow. I pick up trailer the next day take it home and in 20 min I have the toilet removed and bypassed the valve and toilet works fine. What really gets me is that there was no attempt to fix my toilet just sell me a new one. Not even a $175 per hour charge and a $30 valve was offered just a $700 new toilet. I really hope that Richardsons as a company can fix how they do business cuz I'm only 2 min away and hope that when I run into a problem outta my capabilities they don't try and take advantage of me again. I spoke with Brad I believe. He was helpful in getting me info. Not sure who serviced the toilet or who told him I needed a new one. Not sure who the guy sitting next to him that said if I wanted it fixed I needed a new toilet was ether. Toilet is working fine now that I fixed it myself so no matter what they say I didn't need a new one.

Bought a newer 2017 RV that had some serious sun damage on paint and strips…read more I was quoting other companies and the Facebook marketing algorithums put Overland RV in front of me on my feed. Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

DONT TRUST OVERLAND! Was quoted $370 to "Re-Sew" awning and…read moreInstead they duct tapped the seam and tried to send me on my way. This shows again there is no supervision and absolutely no quality control whatsoever. We were told that our awning would be a "couple inches shorter" due to the fabric having to be "folded" and sewn. Before paying, i opened awning & realized that the awning was was not "shorter" as stated by Federico. I went up onto the roof and sure enough, Saw that they used duct tape instead of Sewing! Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Now they tell me I'm out of warranty. Nope!

The communication throughout the buying process was excellent, and we felt confident that we were dealing with a dealership that valued our business. Unfortunately, that changed almost immediately after the sale. Within minutes of leaving the lot, we received an engine oil overfill warning and had to return so excess oil could be removed. The camera system was also not working. We were told it was caused by water from the pressure washer, but we have since discovered that the cameras stop working whenever it rains, raising concerns about a larger issue. Shortly afterward, we discovered multiple chips in the window and an airbag warning light. We immediately contacted the dealership and were told these issues would be taken care of and that we should have the repairs completed and provide the receipts. However, when we submitted a window repair quote, we were told by Dan that it was too expensive and that we needed to find somewhere else. After returning to Maine, we had Mercedes perform a thorough inspection. They found that the airbag system had previously been repaired incorrectly and now requires significant repairs. We were also informed that required service had not been completed, resulting in another significant expense. Despite our prior conversations, we were then told to submit these repairs through our extended warranty. The biggest disappointment has been the lack of communication and the conflicting information we've received. Calls have gone unanswered, including one that supposedly "dropped" with no return call, and we have had very little follow-up despite repeatedly providing documentation. We understand that issues can happen with any camper. What we expected was for the dealership to stand behind the commitments made to us and help resolve problems discovered immediately after purchase. Instead, we are left dealing with significant repair costs and a serious safety concern. We do want to recognize Mike Crossland and Kaitlyn in sales. Both have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to customer service. They deserve 10 stars for their efforts and have been the bright spot in an otherwise very frustrating experience. We sincerely hope Mike Thompson RV will take our concerns seriously, honor what was promised, and help resolve these outstanding safety and repair issues. We would much rather end this experience feeling that the dealership stood behind the camper we purchased.

Our Class C had a leaking front cap and water damage from a small hole caused by a tree branch…read morefalling on the roof. Jeff put on the 18 year roof system and it is solid! The product looks great and feels tougher than the original roof. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess our mobile RV tech made in trying to seal up the leak. During the work they took great care to make sure everything on the inside was covered. They also took pictures during the process so we could see the steps. We took the RV back a couple weeks later to have it buffed, polished and detailed. They also replaced the front cap decals that were completely faded. The RV looks as good as it did 10 years ago when I got it! I researched lots of RV repair places for the roof work and in so glad we chose Accent RV. It was a little bit of a drive from San Dimas but well worth the quality work they provided. It is rare to find a shop that communicates well, sticks to the estimates, doesn't upsell or cut corners. This shop is easily a 10/10. I would highly recommend them for your roofing, detailing or decal work.

Ozzie arrived and quickly diagnosed the circuit board was bad and needed replacement. Unfortunately, after checking his inventory he didn't have a replacement. He ordered one and returned a couple days later and completed the repair, quickly and courteously. As needed I will definitely call Ozzie again, his knowledge and experience with RV's as well as his competitive fees put Ozzie in my Contact list.

Once we arrived to our campsite, the toilet valve quickly followed suit and was leaking a steady puddle of water inside... forcing us to shut the main water valve off. So there we were with no AC or water on vacation in summer heat. Found RV Mobile Specialists who had excellent reviews, so I contacted them Sunday morning & by Sunday afternoon they responded stating they would be able to come look at it. Monday morning Gerard arrived to our campsite and, looked everything over. They gave us options for repairs, but we ultimately decided to replace the unit with a new one. Gerard and Jonathan were professional, prompt and very friendly and had obtained all the parts and completed the work in a timely manner. Within 4 hours we had a working toilet and a new AC unit installed....blowing cold air, saving us from a potentially miserable vacation. Their pricing was fair, competitive and honest. We would highly recommend to anyone needing RV repairs and would use them again if we end up back this way on vacation someday.
