Customized Super Green. I switched out the mango and banana (high sugar) for coconut and pineapple.

Walking into this place the first thing I notice is the wonderful smell. It's smells like fresh fruit on ice. The cashiers are always well put-together, patient and polite. And to top it off, the smoothies always taste great. The super green is my favorite.

So I went to solbol in farmingdale NY first and the service was so depressing. The smoothie was good and the bagel was too but I go by service before food. I decided to give it another chance at another location and this one the service was happy and inviting and the shake was delish!! I was a bit bummed once I got to my meeting I noticed I paid for the big size but was given the smaller size. BUT because the service was m uh better it didn't bother me as much. Next time I'll drive out to this location for my drink.

I absolutely love this place. I wish more SoBol locations served food like this location. I've liked anything that I've gotten from here. The shipwreck salad is very good....the soups and chili are very tasty....but my all time favorite are the three bean empanadas. They are SO delicious! The avocado dipping sauce add so much flavor also. The açaí, pirata, and green bowls are the best. Always. If I go elsewhere for an açaí bowl....it's just not the same. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I have never felt rushed when ordering or eating food inside. It's very clean inside and well maintained.

I am always a huge fan of the Sobols on Long Island and this Sobol location is no different. The bowls are always fresh and packed with amazing flavor no matter what size of the bowl I get or the type of bowl that I get. I typically order the sunshine bowl or the green bowl, my personal favorite. Although it is green, I can never taste the vegetables that are added, I only taste the sweet fruits instead. My only complaint is that I consistently get very few blueberries when I go to this location. I am not sure why! For the green bowl especially, they give plenty of pineapple and strawberries but they skimp out on the blueberries. One time I only got four of them which was extremely disappointing. I also really like their rewards system where you get a card with that gets punched out every time you order something over $10 and on the 10th time you will get a free bowl. Give this place a try!

I have enjoyed SoBol in Sayville many times now! A great take out spot, or you can sit inside / outside and enjoy the beautiful weather & town of Sayville. The prices are excellent for the product your buying. My favorite is the Steak & Salsa Flatbread, the grass-fed steak is sooo tasty! The Acai Bowls are also great and there is such a variety of different toppings to add to the bowls. During my most recent trip I tried the Beef Burrito. The Burrito was Huge!!! This place is great for a nice lunch break or dinner! I usually call my orders in ahead of time and they are always ready when I go to pick them up...and the order is always very fresh! I have never had issues about orders being messed up. Love this place, I keep coming back for more!!!

This review is entirely for their breakfast wrap with egg whites, chicken, kale, and onions. This sucker is delicious! For ~$8 its quite big and very filling. I topped mine with some hot sauce and overall the flavors were spot on and all ingredients tasted fresh and nicely cooked. We both walked in quite hungry and saw a few of the Acai bowls and decided they looked like a total sugar-bomb and headache.... Its a blended fruit, topped with fruit, honey and coconut flakes. Maybe if it had a lot more granola and a greek yogurt??? I just don't think its what I want to eat for breakfast/lunch.

    Ariel L.

Yum! The açaí bowl was so amazing! We received the classic - and added peanut butter based on their request. YUMMM. The team was friendly and patient while we figured out what we wanted. They also gave us a rewards card and coupon for the next visit! We'll be back!!

    The regular açaí bowl.

Get ready to enjoy a tropical journey for your taste buds. I was skeptical about the hyped up açaí bowl but let me tell you, it is an experience that should not be missed. At about $15 for two regulars that come topped with banana, blueberries, strawberries, granola and coconut, it's worth the money. I feel refreshed and so satisfied when I start my day with SoBol.

My fave healthy breakfast Here's why....the coffee is always perfect, hot and not to strong or weak. I love the acai bowls. The fruit is always fresh and thr granola recipe is amazing. But then they started the Pitaya bowl!! It's even better!! I love it and crave it as soon as I wake up. I like the shipwreck salad as well. It is arugula, and delicious pecans with apples. But, I usually just stick to bowls. You wanna call it in ahead on weekends, the wait gets pretty long. And that's for a reason!

    Wow! So good!

Calling all health nuts, calling all health nuts! This place makes healthy eating easy! As evidenced by my yelp, that's not one of my fav things.. Walking in here made my experience painless! I've been in here twice now and I have really enjoyed the bowls they offer.. If you notice, Acai bowls are becoming much more popular as they are accessible even in coffee shops... Super Bowls serves up some authentic, high quality bowls that will give you life :) They offer a lot of options and blends in which you can choose your Acai bowl (soy, almond, coconut milk). they are very friendly to vegans, vegetarians and I'm sure people with allergies as you can have these bowls any way you want. Also noshed on the surfs up wrap +avocado which was egg whites, kale, tomato, and I think turkey..it was great and I would order it again.. Bottom line. Come in here. It gets crazy around 11 am, I popped in right before the rush! Same as last time! This place is a great start for someone who is willing to change their eating habits, there is hope!

Came here for lunch on a weekday afternoon from work. LOCATION: main street area in Sayville, near to Rite Aid. You can find easy parking in the lot behind the buildings. DECOR: Place is very small and very simple, not much too it. Some indoor seating but more outside seating on the street. FOOD: Ordered the regulary Acai Bowl with bananas, coconut, honey, granola, blueberries, strawberry and mango topping. Came to about $8. A bit pricey in my opinion, but it was a very satisfying and fresh lunch. I didn't feel overfull after eating. Tasted very fresh and healthy and fruity. SERVICE: very quick, waited about 2 minutes on line and food came out in another 2 minutes. I would return here for lunch again.

I love these bowls.... But... When they raised the price, I thought, "No big deal." But not only does it cost more, but they've gotten smaller as well. This place is ALWAYS packed. It seems kind of greedy that they take advantage like that. It's hard... I like the idea and it seems others do too, but I'm still not sure how much weight them treating us no different than those big business' who think of us as nothing but dollar signs has on my choice to continue patronizing them. What's the deal, Super Bowls? I thought you guys were living the American Dream?

The shop itself was nicely laid out with places for customers to relax and/or work while enjoying their beverage (and possibly dessert). There were ample tables and seating choices for customers to choose from depending on their needs. My Town's Cafe had a lot of beverages and pastries to offer. I was a little overwhelmed, but was just as happy to see variety. The drink menus that I immediately saw were mainly the specials and baristas' recommendations. I didn't see a regular menu without all of the fancy drinks until after I had paid as they were laminated and lying along the counter. I was a little bummed because there weren't any prices written for the speciality drink items and I really didn't NEED to have a fancy drink that cost almost $7. With that said, I tried one of their Spring Specials, the Biscoff Bliss Latte. It was a little sweet, but the hints of Biscoff, Nutella, and cookie butter were prominent. I also ordered a piece of bread pudding upon recommendation from the staff. It had the potential to be really good, but it definitely tasted as if it had been in their cooler for several days. I usually love visiting local coffee spots, but My Town's Cafe missed the mark for me. Perhaps I came in on an off day for them.
