This dude Ruben is a thief. Came out and gave me a quote for $6700 and I gave him a deposit of $3000 but made a mistake and gave him $1300 extra since I pulled the money out of my pocket later on that night I realized I made that mistake and call him that night to tell him I accidentally gave him an extra $1300 and he said he never count it the money once I told him I saw in my cameras he told me he would check in the morning to see how much I had given him. Next morning he zelle me the $1300 who doesn't count money especially if you're given them a $3000 deposit and he's given a receipt for it. Came an installed my shades a month later after 3 months the rails came loose and the wind damaged the shades cause of poor installation I called him to come see the damage shades came by and said he would see what he can do but never call me at all, once my attorney reach out to him he finally answer back that it would cost me $1300 to repair it. I guess I will have to see him In small claims court please don't trust this guy at all or his service. read more

I had an appointment for them to measure and give me a quote. The sales rep, Sammy, arrived 2 hours early. He called me as I was still at my office and asked if I could come early. I told him that I would not be able to meet him early and would meet at the scheduled time. He said that he would come back at 2. 20 minutes later he calls me and says there is an "emergency" that he needs to attend to and says the Ruben will call me to schedule another rep to come out. Ruben never called. I called back an hour later and Ryben has no idea what's going on. He says that he'll find out what going on and call me back. Some time passes and he calls and says someone can come at 4. I told him I'd need to move somethings around and try and make that work but I would call him back in 10 minutes to confirm. We'll, I've called multiple times and have not heard back and it's well past 4 and no one has shown up. No wonder they have a 1 star rating.
