Upon reading my review, David contacted me and said that he would personally come to address my concerns. Again, he was incredibly professional, concerned that I was unsatisfied with the job. He spent almost the entire day doing touch-ups on the trim, windows, walls around the bathroom counters and addressing my ridiculous doors. I'd decided to replace them at some point in the future, so rather than stripping the doors and re-painting them, David touched them up again and offered to give me a deal if I bought new doors and needed them painted. He was meticulous, gracious and never made excuses. Imp impressed with his follow-through and his patience. SoCal Painters are trustworthy and extremely professional. Not only does Sam know how to paint interiors & exteriors, he goes the extra mile to understand what a client's vision is. Our daughter was out of the country and we decided, at the last minute, to re-do her bedroom as a welcome home surprise. We had less than two days before she arrived. One phone call to Sam and the project became a reality. We were not sure which finish would be better and that's where Sam's expertise kicked in. His knowledge of the best materials and what works best with certain colors and textures is amazing. The work was completed in an extremely timely manner with no delays. My place, though not huge, had a lot of detail with walls/ceilings/beams/etc. I was very happy with the results! They were fast, clean, and meticulous...and trust me I'm a tough critic. Excellent job from start to finish. David came out to provide an estimate for painting a recently vacated apartment (one bedroom, dining/living room, kitchen, bathroom, and hall. After the "walk through" he sent the estimate via email. We scheduled the date of the job. On that day, Sam and his crew came out and completed the whole job in a day - two coats of paint in each room. Again, as in the job SoCal completed for us last year the service was great. read more

We had some office space that needed to be painted to get ready for new tenants coming in. We tried a local handyman and couldn't believe what the finished product looked like-we needed help fast. We were very pleased with SoCal Painters and would recommend them to our friends and hire them for another painting job. We had a plaster ceiling redone and needed to paint that and the entire room as well. The new ceiling duplicated the look of the original so it had a very heavy textured final layer, which required oil-based primer. David came out twice to view the living room, the first time while the plasterer was there and afterwards to view it again. And then he brought his father over to go over the project prior to the day work began. (His father and brother are the painters.) This made for a smooth transition. Also, they were on time and stopped to consult with us re this and that before proceeding, just to make sure it was what we wanted. We were very pleased with the results. David said over the phone to call if we needed anything further--touch up, things missed, anything at all we may notice over the next few days and they would take care of it. We did notice a couple of things and he was as good as his word. (A curtain rod required a second layer of paint with a slicker sheen to it so the curtain could slide easily, and the mantlepiece needed another layer.) David swung by the next day and did the job himself, since the 'painter side' of the family team was busy working on other jobs by then. (He's no slouch when it comes to painting, BTW. Family DNA.) Bad. Just bad. Now a year later, we are repainting. They painted right over the old paint everywhere, and now its all peeling.

Wow! Where do I start?!? These guys are AWESOME!!!! I had a huge paint project at my house and really needed a company that would deliver quality work! A LOT OF DETAIL PAINTING was involved! Spoke with the owner, they came out and gave me an estimate that was extremely reasonable for the work that needed be done; showed up at the time they said they would every single day and just did an amazing job!!! They even stayed extra every single day at no additional charge just so that it would get finished on a deadline that I had. It really needed to be finished before a specific date since there were a lot of other things that needed to get replaced and fixed in my home (AC/hardwood/etc...). Don't waste your time looking anywhere else! These guys are truly awesome! They really take pride in making sure that the work they do is of high quality and that work is done in an efficient timely manner!
