Like some other reviewers, their response time and communication were slow. The gutters look good and we'll see how they perform in the winter. The trouble I had with the company was the lack of customer service. The installers were on cell phones yelling and cursing loudly outside my house while working. They didn't fully clean up their mess. The biggest infraction was that they placed screws in the cable wire across the back of my house to secure the new gutters. We were without cable for a day and a half and worse of all they insisted they didn't touch anything do to with the cable. There was no response when I emailed the owner and Mark about what they had done. Dealing with the cable company was an added stress and the error required a 2-hour visit from Spectrum. To Mark's credit, he checked in to see how things were the day after install and righted some (but not all) of the wrongs. Also, before the work got started, he worked with me on the price. Overall, the lack of customer service makes it difficult for me to recommend SoCal Seamless. read more

These guys struggled a bit in the early stages with communication. It was extremely frustrating. They did explain, however, that they were overwhelmed with trying to balance so many jobs. Eventually they fit us in to their schedule this month. I can't remember the guys' name who did the install but he did our entire house in 2 days by himself. This review has been several months in the making. We contacted several local rain gutter companies back in early December, after those heavy rain storms we had here in San Diego. We have a single-story house that needed new gutters after having all our fascia boards replaced / repainted last summer. After contacting three other installers (all of whom said that it would be a 6+ week lead-time, along with a minimum cost of at least $1,200), I was fortunate enough to find Mark / SoCal Seamless! I called Mark and explained our sad situation, and he stopped by the very next day to take measurements and provide a quote. His price was several hundred dollars less than any of the other companies, AND he was able to fit our job in to his busy schedule! Just 3 days later we had new gutters! We bought a house a few years ago that did not have rain gutters. Nearly everything with the house had been maintained well and although there were no rain gutters it had not been a major issue since we live in San Diego, albeit there were sections of the roof that would had made life easier if rain gutters existed (specifically over the entry walk that would occasionally soak people walking in if they were not careful). We finally decided to pull the trigger and started calling around. Mark and SoCal Seamless returned our inquiry quickly and very professionally. He took the time to try and really understand what we were looking for, explained various options while answering all of our questions, and set up an appointment to come out in person.
