I broke a tooth and found out that I had to have it removed. Went to the dentist on Monday and had my tooth removed Tuesday and Pacific Coast. Everyone was super helpful and really nice. They answered all of my questions and made me feel as at ease as possible in this situation. I am having my tooth replaced and am in the office today for a checkin. I totally recommend Dr. Elias and his staff to do your dental procedure. The staff is great, from receptionists to the staff in the back. Heysel is great at explaining any financial responsibilities you might have or what your insurance is paying for, Michael is such a great person, he's super careful, Diane is Dr Elias right hand and she's awesome and funny too, she went over the surgery procedure with me and the treatment afterwards, on the day of surgery she answered any questions I had, she's great! I also had Veronica who is a surgical assistant and she's awesome as well. They are all great, and Dr Elias, my goodness, he's the best at what he does, he definitely knows what he's doing, my stitches were nicely sewed, the swollen after the surgery was very minimal. My surgery was a coronectomy which is a little bit more complicated than a regular wisdom tooth removal, everything went great during the surgery, I am 6 weeks post surgery and so far everything is going well. This business should be sued for medical malpractice and highway robbery. I sent both of my boys to have their wisdom teeth pulled. They both had a terrible experience, and said they would never go back. (1) year later, I took them to another facility, saw the X-Rays myself, and determined by another Dr., that all the wisdom teeth needed to be pulled at the same time. As a result of an improper diagnosis, a complicated surgery to correct, must take place immediately. They are a revolving door type of business. They want people in to take their money, and get them out the door quick. Please consider a more caring facility that is actually concerned about their customers. read more

My Daughter needed to go in for her wisdom teeth to be removed and she was--to put it mildly--quite anxious about it. She was asking me questions while we were driving to the office and I did my best to relieve her anxiety but admittedly I didn't know all the answers. Upon our arrival, the lobby had a relaxing atmosphere: pretty Christmas decorations and music, and the TV had a fireplace atmosphere playing on it which was relaxing. Lakeisha greeted us right away at the front desk, and she knew my daughter's name right away, which helped her to feel comfortable--that she was expected and welcome. When we went back to the consultation room, I was pleasantly surprised that we actually got to speak with 5 people individually...each one taking about 5-10 minutes sitting with my daughter, explaining what they do, what she can expect, reassuring her that everything is normal and easy-going, and answering any questions that she had. Between Veronica, Willy, Michael, Elias (the surgeon) and Heysel, they had all answered her questions and made her feel like one of the family. When it came time for the procedure, my daughter was as cool as a cucumber. She recognized everyone's faces, and knew that they were all there to make this go smoothly. The procedure went very well -- she barely had any bruising or swelling -- and recovery was quick. They took an otherwise anxiety-ridden young lady and helped her through a somewhat scary event in her life... for a wonderful outcome.
