The lady that usually assists me had a mask on, since she no longer had the plexiglass . She was actually disappointed and said that the store took it away. I'd be nice if management considered what works best for their staff since it's a really simple item to put on the counter. This is an older lady that could have personal health concerns. Customers don't really mind about this protective measures, but it makes a difference to the workers. Something that simple would help staff stay happy and most likely healthy, as well.

That door alarm at the front kept going off like crazy when they left. I imagine if these were black kids, the cops would have been there in a minute I should know. Bill instantly made me feel comfortable sharing his youngest student is 3 years old and oldest is 100 years old. The studio is off to the side and closed off from the rest of the store. If you bowl a specific way or only bowl at specific lanes, he'll be able to help select the best ball for your needs. Apparently shoes can have interchangeable soles now, which I just learned today. Depending on your needs he will help you pick the best gear. I'm a little bummed that my current shoes are still in great shape because there were some pretty cool "street" style women's shoes available. Next time! Even though I wasn't buying a ball from here, he gave me some tips to try bringing the scent back(mine was lime scented when I bought it a decade ago). Dave happened to have the ball in stock that my husband wanted to buy so he offered to have it drilled out and fitted same day.
