The boutiques are so curated and cute, filled with the latest trends and unique brands and goods. The prices are very reasonable, especially at Match Made Stores, with some of the best and most competitive in Hampden. The lady working at Match Made kindly greeted my mom and I and gave us space, while still letting us know she was there to help. This always extremely impacts our shopping experience. The store is small but filled with good finds, and I can't wait to keep shopping here.

1 STAR -- Defective Shoes and Zero Accountability…read more I completely understand and respect an "All Sales Final" policy. If I bought the wrong size, changed my mind, or simply didn't like the shoes, that would be on me. But this is not a return issue. This is a product failure. I purchased these Nike running shoes from the Nike Factory Store/Outlet in White Marsh, Maryland, on Thursday for approximately $71. Within just two days, the sole began separating from the shoe and is now visibly coming apart. These were essentially brand-new shoes that failed almost immediately. When I called the store to explain what happened, I made it very clear I was not trying to return them due to preference or buyer's remorse. I was reporting a defective product that had already broken down after minimal use. The response I received was that the sale was final, nothing could be done, and I was simply out the $71. That level of response is extremely disappointing. An "All Sales Final" policy should apply to normal customer returns--not to merchandise that appears to be defective right out of the box. A shoe that starts falling apart after two days is not normal wear and tear, and it reflects poorly on both product quality and customer support. I expected significantly better from Nike, both in terms of durability and accountability.

I came away with a slightly pricy, but very unique "Charm City" print (~$35) that brings me joy every time I look at it. I came another time for some holiday shopping in the middle of a weekday, and had the luxurious opportunity to take my time and browse through everything. The store associates were so helpful and helped me talk through the pros / cons of a few items I was looking at. With their 25% sale, I was able to find 2 substantial-ish stocking stuffers for ~$15 which was great. Excited to treat myself to another trinket / item when I find myself here next.

They sell clothing for women, men, and children. They also sell women's shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, and hair accessories. I didn't peruse the children and men's section so not sure what accessories they offer. IMO, a bit on the pricier side if items are not on clearance. There is a small selection of clearance item in the back of the store. Normally I only shop in petites given that I am only 5' tall so was pleasantly surprised that I found a sweater where the sleeves were the perfect length for me. The sweater is so cute with a big red heart and horizontal stripes. It was originally $89.50, but I purchased it for only $3.49 after 70% clearance was applied to the sale price with an additional $10 off after signing up for their rewards program called JC Passport. What a great way to start the weekend. I LOVE a good deal! The store was clean and organized and the associate who checked me out was super friendly. I can see this store being in my rotation when I go clothes shopping. However, I will likely only go during holidays when clothing retailers generally have the best sales. It was hard to narrow down my shopping since I had to be mindful that I had a carry on and personal item to travel back home. I couldn't resist and decided to purchase items and just ship them to myself back home. I bought a shawl/jacket in the most wonderful Olive Green color that is perfect for walking and driving in. I also got the softest scarf. Customer service was top notch. I saw this scarf on display on a mannequin and I asked if it came in different colors and they went to go look since I am not a big fan of the browns in my attire choices. I got a gray/black combo scarf. Since we had cooled down significantly as we were shopping, we got hungry and asked if we could place the items on hold since we didn't want to carry our purchases until the end of our exploration and headed back to the car. I gave them my name, they placed the items on hold and we went to eat. When we came back, the store associate remembered my name and that our items were on hold. She also told me that they have a website with many items for sale from their actual sales floor that could be shipped and proceeded to tell me how the store got started. She wrapped the items with care and off we were. Prices are completely reasonable for a store of this caliber. This store could easily fit into the vibe of Stanford Shopping Center, Santana Row, downtown Carmel, etc.....but I KNOW that this place will blow any rivals strictly due to their fair pricing, storefront size and their unique items.
