I asked for a smooth, corporate look and shared usually it was done with a round-brush technique. The blowout and straightening were great. At checkout, I was charged full wash-and-blowout price. Why? "A hair dryer was used" -- not my job to determine your tools. The receptionist then glanced at the clock and told me dry styling is a "20-minute service," though it's listed as 30 minutes on their website. My receipt shows I was well under even that, despite the extended conversation it took to justify charging me for a 45-minute wash-and-dry I never received. Nobody flagged an issue with my request before, during, or after the service -- only at checkout. I tipped my stylist because her work was excellent; this isn't on her. If you book "dry styling" here, get the price in writing first. They lost a repeat customer over a $20 difference. Honestly, the invented "20-minute" line is what really did it -- that's what gave me the ick.

Before I met Ashley Rodriguez, I had gone to the Salon in Sugar Land and consistently I was getting a hair cut I did not want.
