The store itself is small, but it has a variety of furniture pieces, mattresses, etc. She casually talked to me Lisa gave me info about the different mattresses, and encouraged me to test them out. There was a couch I fell in love with (White sectional) and she informed me that it's American made, told me what the warranty covers, other important details. I really wish I could give Paul 10 stars, Sofa Spectrum will beat any price. I have bought multiple items over the years from Paul and Lisa. They always out do competitor prices and quality. First I'd like to update my last review. My couch I've had for over 5 years now. Still in the same condition I got it in. It's hard to find quality like that. My kids crawl on it, run on it, jump on it and it's still in impecible shape. Now onto my current review. I called Paul on a Saturday and said I'm shopping for mattresses. He said hed meet me in 20 mins at the store. We discussed mattresses and I told him about my back injury and my needs. He knew immediately which bed I would need. Mattress was delivered by Lorenzo, a very respectful courteous man. The price of the mattresses was amazing compared to competitor. I ended up buying two mattresses. Because the price was so good, I had money left over to buy a massage chair. I was pleased with my experience. Paul and Lisa, y'all killing customer service and expectations. Keep up the good work, these mom and pop shops are far better then the big company competition. Paul is not only a good friend but he is also a great business owner. I was having surgery for my lower back and my Dr. recommended getting a zero gravity reclining chair for my recovery. I reached out to Paul and gave him a list of things I was looking for in a reclining chair. Not only was he able to deliver my request, but he was able to turn the request around within a week and delivered to my door with setup. Fast forward 2 months post-op and I'm recovering nicely and will be returning back to work soon. I began having issues with the chaise lounge section of the couch within a couple of months after purchase. At approx 6 months I did end up contacting Paul with pictures of the sunken condition it was in, you could feel the frame. Paul was helpful and ordered fiber fill had me bring the cushion in and he filled it. He provided additional fiber fill for future use which was nice but truthfully shouldn't have to he done. But I thought it would solve the problem. Over the next year I consistantly had to continue adding the additional fill. The couch was never the same. When you pay 6,000 for a custom leather couch you expect it to hold up. Unfortunatly I spent a year struggling with this couch. I contacted Paul about the ongoing problem, Paul then contacted Omni and notifed me due to covid the repair would be delayed. Omni recommended sending the furniture technician out to fill the cushions professionally until actual replacement cores arrive for a second in home service... After the attempts to fix the cushion problems with batting and stuffing, months later Omni came out and replaced the interior of the chaise lounge with new but same quality of material that was originally in the couch at time of my purchase. Unfortunately, I feel that I may expect to see the same issues as before with time...The couch was never repaired and Paul nor Omni came through. Ultimatley I asked for a refund but was denied. Of course I don't recommend purchasing furniture here. read more

We have had a large sectional custom made and now a beautiful olive green MCM velvet chair. I knew what I wanted...sent Paul pictures and then went into the store (both of us masked, of course) and picked a chair style from a catalogue. I took home Velvet swatches so the family could help with color choice. Went back and placed my order. They were even able to make the MCM slanted legs. It's so comfortable!!!!!!
