Wow!!!! What a delicious pizza. I just tried Sofia's for the first time and I am really impressed. I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage and ham and man did this pizza have flavor. Came to this place from a recommendation from a friend. As soon as I walked in, I felt uncomfortable because it looked so dirty. We went up to the counter and waited for around 3 minutes until the woman acknowledged my husband and I even though she was sitting in front of us the whole time. I was visiting Las Vegas for vacation with a friend. When we got into our hotel on November 1, 2017, Sofia's Pizza menu was under our hotel door. We ordered a pizza. About an hour later the pizza arrived. It was soggy and cold. I called the store to pickup the pizza and return my money. They refused to do any of this, advised me I had to speak to the manager (Kevin) and to call back the next day as he was not in. I called several times the next day and left my contact information for Kevin. Kevin supposedly never came in that next day and never returned any of my calls. So I had a long layover yesterday in Vegas coming from LAX and decided to stretch my legs and not pay crazy airport prices for my dinner. So I checked yelp and found Sofia's. At first the location was most appealing until I saw the prices and the size of the friggin slices. New York style pizza at the best price you'll find and once you take a bite you'll never want to schedule a flight out of mccarran without enough time for a stop here. I was an hour away from departure and they hooked it up faster than I could've microwaved a slice and it tasted like I was back in NYC. Do your self a favor and order a pie from here. I ordered a pizza well over an HOUR & a half ago. Pizza has not been delivered and whenever I call the main line the worker answers and hangs up. Our go-to hole in the wall for pizza for seems like 15 years. The place has recently cleaned up its act, with a nicer pickup area (the place is small) and outdoor seating, big screen TV, and nice music. The two guys working today were very nice and they got our food out faster than expected. The wings today were a little disappointing as they are really tiny. I would pay more for fatter wings that weren't dried out. Hopefully they can improve on that and the mild sauce. It was a little bbq-ish instead of the Franks red hot sauce and butter combo you would expect. I know the guys working will read this though so by the time you go to order, try the wings. They seemed very inclined to embrace feedback in order to improve their food! I will be coming back for I hope another 15 years. And I will give the wings another shot ;) read more

My family ordered the couch potato special. With onion rings, wings, fried zucchini, and mozzarella sticks for Independence Day. They were out of chicken fingers so they let me know they would exchange them for wings. We picked up our order and after we got home we noticed there were no French fries that came with the special and they shorted us on the mozzarellas sticks. The main concern was the food reeked of cigarette smoke, the pizza was terrible and tasted like cardboard everything was soaked in grease, completely mushy and soggy. The Ranch dressing we received was the consistency of water and tasted about the same. This was one of the worst holiday dinner meals we have ever had and is by far the worst Sofia's experience in town. $70 for garbage. Will only go to the Sofia's on bonanza and lamb from now on. Disgusting!!! My family and I were staying at the Wyndham and we ordered some wings, a cheese pizza and some fried okra, as the menu was located in the suite. After waiting over an hour, we received a COLD jalapeno, pineapple, mushroom, green pepper concoction. We called to let them know they had delivered the incorrect pizza. The gentleman who answered the phone told us to go ahead and eat the pizza and he would deliver the correct order; when I asked how long, he said 40 minutes. After advising that 40 minutes was too long to wait, I requested a refund. The gentleman asked how we had paid, when he heard cash, he stated that he would not not be able to give a refund. He started cursing and being aggressive after delivering the incorrect order; we were not refunded and our correct order was never delivered. STAY AWAY from this horrible establishment! read more

This is second time here, so I guess I should write a review. The best thing about this location is honestly the prices. $13 for a large pizza, with the pepperoni IN THE CRUST?! Most amazing thing ever. The place allows you to order online (grubhub) annnnd you can factor in your tip with your total (but I don't tip online lol, only delivery) they have amazing specials, and it's in a tiny little shopping center near McCarran (the corner of Russell and Eastern). The pizzas a fast, fresh, and delicious. And definitely a better taste then say Domino's or Pizza Hut. 100% recommend. read more
