Even after (thank God) they completed their contract and we paid them in full and conveyed proof of payment several times, they still continue to send the same final request for payment. The product is sub- par,the installers are fearful of their superiors and on top of that they're sloppy. They complain about dangerous site conditions yet I have 911 on standby when they're working. For the record, my company has only 2 accidents in 53 years. I consider myself lucky that Otis Elevator didn't add to that record. My parents tried to speak with him about their concerns and were met with a hostile, abusive tirade of words. Our concern is that no regulating body requires permits or inspections on elevators and someone could have died on this one. They now have a reliable company under contract to remove this one and install a proper one but they are going to lose not only the money they paid to John Morse and Premier Home Elevator but another two to three thousand they paid to correct extensive damage he did to their beautiful home. We truly do not want another family to incur the problems we have My parents are in our eighties and live on a pension. This is no small matter for them financially but we are thankful they weren't hurt or killed. BUYERS BEWARE - This company is run by a CROOK! The elevator was working fine. My house watch person ordered an annual maintenance. After paying…read more$600 for the call, the elevator would not come down. We called them back to fix the problem they caused. After three hours and $450 more, the elevator came down but crashed like a shotgun at the bottom. I called them back again to fix the problem. They said it would cost me $350 more to fix it, and would not be available for several weeks. Then they called me and said I would have to pre-pay before they would fix it. I refused and they told me to call another company. What a scam.

Said it was unsafe and shouldn't have been sold or installed in the first place.Very dangerous lift was what he said. Fast Equipment to satisfy me sold me a new lift but charged more saying they gave me a deal on a new one which they didn't, take much off at all. The installers didn't install lift plum and level causing lift to start bending and pulling anchors out of floor almost had a car fall again that's how we learned that the new lift is compromised now. Reached out talked to service manager said he would call me back its been two weeks heard nothing not even to schedule an appointment to come out. This is a huge safety issue. Meanwhile my shop is shut down. Everyday we go without communication I am losing my means of paying my bills and feeding my family. I don't understand why this isn't being taken seriously. On The Rize Truck Accessories Fast equipment came out Tuesday after my shop being shutdown two weeks. They did not send the service manager as requested and promised they sent an unprofessional rude employee that just wanted to blame the concrete not even talk about why lift is bending and not installed level. Called the office in front of me and laughed and said we got another customer that knows more than us lol I'm leaving. Said when he got in his truck level means nothing I put these lifts in unlevel all the time and drove off. Now I am still without a lift or runable shop and fast equipment offered no accountability or responsibility for the install. Took my money did shitty install laughing and this is a brand new lift installed less than 6 months ago.
