Jason came out the next day and got right to work disassembling the fridge. He determined the problem (blown thermostat,) told me the plan and quoted a price. He told me that he could order the part (from Frigidaire) and it would arrive two days later, and he could finish up. My wife asked if she could get the part on Amazon, and he said sure, why not? So we got it overnight, and saved about $75! (the part cost $15 on Amazon.) Jason put the whole fridge back together and said it would work, but it wasn't fixed completely because it till needs the thermostat. But meanwhile we had the use of our fridge back. He came back the next day and finished up. Perfect work! I am thrilled with the job he did; I really like that he was so straight up about the cost. He quoted me a price and stuck to it.. He gave me an option to save some money (ordering my own part.) There was no upselling, not hidden costs, no games at all! Just good solid craftmanship. A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. They replaced the faucet -- something we didn't even know was an option. When the replacement arrived, Iggy returned promptly and installed it. Crossroads is an incredible brand new storage location accommodating motor-homes, boats, vehicles…read moreand many other storage needs. We visited the facility last week and were truly blown away by all the features and the exceptional customer service. They have lots of enclosed units in a variety of sizes, with the largest big enough to store our 45-foot motor-home. The enclosed units have temperature control and their own electrical panels along with coded access. There are also canopy options, which have electrical hook-ups AND fire suppression systems. And the entire facility is surrounded by a high wall, security cameras and storm drainage. In fact, we learned the entire facility has been built to withstand severe weather. Lastly, the owners are wonderful (which was mirrored by the other customers we met last week) - this is a family owned business and you can tell their genuine customer service and communications come from the heart AND the sincere desire to be successful by way of providing a great storage option with excellent service. Pricing options give real value for money and with no flexing. And we were told we can use the wash bay for free. We researched lots of places in the surrounding area and we would absolutely state this is the best option by far. In fact, we've not seen anything like it anywhere. 10/10.
