The bowl was a great combination of veggies, cheese and rice. My wife got the Power Bowl and added shrimp. It was also fresh and delicious. Food came out pretty quickly and staff checked in on us multiple times even though it's pretty much self-service. Small indoor and outdoor dining areas. Nice bathroom all the way in the back. Stopped here for lunch on Mother's Day. I placed my order online and when I arrived 10 min early to the restaurant, they worked diligently to give me my food quicker. I ordered the signature salad with out cheese and a healthy size piece of salmon. Delicious!!! The salmon was cooked perfect and paired well with the signature salad. Showed up for their grand opening and enjoyed seeing their menu in person. They have a great order in advance and pick up area which is well organized and easy to navigate thanks to some dedicated 5-minute parking spots right in front of the shop entrance. The place is bright, clean, and makes you feel healthier just by walking in the front door. The customizable bowls make it easy to get exactly what you want. Wayyy overpriced. Ordered a Cali salad with tofu and extra avocado. This was $22 !! I did not receive extra avocado which was a $2 up charge, instead i received 3 small slivers of avocado. The salad had so much quinoa as you can see in my photo. Half the salad went directly in the trash. read more

LOVE SoFresh!! And this location because Eric is great. The food never disappoints and I find myself always trying something new whenever I go. I love the warm bowls but my roommate speaks highly of the quesadillas. This bowl was brown rice and romaine lettuce topped with tofu, mushrooms and green peppers. I am at a work conference and staying at a hotel. I didn't like the conference food so I looked at Yelp to get fresh good food for lunch who can also deliver for 3 people. I tried 2 other places and they couldn't accommodate (which surprised me) I found SoFresh Westshore and ordered online. I realized I made a mistake and did a pickup instead of delivery. I called and spoke to the nicest guy on the phone who made it so easy for me and changed it for delivery. All total 30 minutes from ordering to delivery!! One of the partners Eric even delivered it. Who does that!! Superb The Food is Sooooo good. We were so surprised how tasty, fresh and delicious it was. I am a big fan of Fresh Kitchen and wish I'd gone there. I couldn't figure out how the flavors would go together. The owner came to our table to help me put together a hot blackened salmon bowl, with quinoa, zucchini noodles (sic), garbanzos, mushrooms, and kale with a kale basil pesto sauce. He did suggest a couple of ready made choices several times. The items had almost no flavor, nor did the sauce. Unlike the spicy blackened chicken which my daughter had, the salmon had black flecks of no flavor. The quinoa had no lemon zest. The zucchini was the skin peels with little or no noticeable garlic. The chick peas, kale and cooked mushrooms were plain. The pesto was not pesto with garlic, walnuts or pinons, Parmesan and tasty basil, olive oil. It was a drap flavorless oily dip. I borrowed some of my daughter's Caesar (which had little or no noticeable garlic) and that didn't really help. The flavors and textures never came together or "married." The place was clean. The people were nice. It's next to Barnes and Noble if you're parked and starving. It was also $$40+ for not much pleasure or food. I won't go back. read more

Dirty little restaurant. Bathroom was nasty at 11:30am before the lunch rush. Place needs a little facelift. The bench was filled with crumbs. Before getting my food I told the person working the register that all of the benches were dirty and I thought he would want to know. He thanked me and never came to clean them while I was there. I wiped one of them down myself with a napkin when I got my food and the attendant never wiped them down while I was there. I found it strange as you would think that I mentioned it because I wanted to sit on the bench side of the tables and they were all dirty. Siracusa bottle was nasty, windows nasty. Not a pleasant environment to eat a so called healthy lunch. I ate half my wrap and got the heck out of there. Good luck. read more
