I have eaten here three times ordering different items each times. I am very impressed with the quality and the freshness of all the items. We ordered online once and it was very easy with no extra costs. Got to bypass the line and get our order by the confirmation time on our email. SoFresh is definitely my new go to place. I have been a couple of times and the food was perfection- piping hot, healthy, and good sized portions. I love that I can order the standard options or create my own deliciousness. The frozen yogurt is freshing during these hot summer days and it is free when you dine in. I have been a couple of times and my favorite is the Greek bowl. It not only was delicious for dinner, but I had enough for lunch the next day. It heated up perfectly and tasted as good the next day. Our family tries to eat organically the majority of time and we can really taste the excellent quality food at So Fresh. Online ordering is a breeze and there is never a wait time. The staff is super friendly and we've never had a mix up. We've been trying a bunch of menu options and there have been zero disappointments. And there are always leftovers for another meal. Super easy and perfect for busy moms trying to pull together a healthy and hearty meal for the family. The kids love it too and they have no idea they are eating healthy! Love So Fresh Westchase but starting to consider not ordering any longer. I always order online and it's usually a great system. Order my food and pick up within 10 or 15 minutes. Food is always fresh and yummy. However, one day I ordered online and my husband picked up. I ordered a cookie and the cookie wasn't in the bag. Bummer! My husband came all the way home and I realized it wasn't there. Ok no big deal just a little disappointed and out 2 bucks or so. Then last night again we order online and as I eat my wrap I realize they forgot to put in my CHICKEN! Seriously?? I ate a very non filling veggie wrap. I went back to my order receipt and sure enough I paid $3 for chicken but they didn't put it in. Not pleased. Probably won't be ordering for a while. read more

But about half the time, they don't make it right -- ingredients like a sauce are clearly missing, it's TASTELESS and some ingredients (like rice in a burrito) are undercooked. So it's hit or miss. This is my new go-to spot for fast casual healthy food for both lunch and dinner. The menu has such a variety, it'd be very hard to grow tired of it. The staff was incredibly helpful recommending their favorites and are prompt in bringing out the food. The portion size is great for the price and all made from fresh and healthy food leaving you feeling good afterwards. A nice addition is the free cup of soft serve when you dine in, it tops of the meal so well. Everything from the fountain drink and iced tea selection to meals to sides is incredibly well done here.
