Few things on my mind about this place, first the internal and external design of the place is beautiful. Parking was super simple, multiple spots in front of the building. The staff was super friendly and helped put tables together for my group. The free bread is amazing but when it came to the entrees it felt a little lacking. The flavor and quality was sub par especially for the price. Almost to the point where we felt upset and some of the people in my party didn't eat their meals. Overall there was some good and bad, I honestly don't know if I'll be back but I'm not telling you to not try it! read more

I last reviewed this location in 2022, and I still come here from time to time with my husband. It is truly one of our go-to places. I still love it. Service is consistently good and friendly. I love their blackberry sangria. I love their specials. Their food is consistently good. You really just can't go wrong! Horrible Mother's Day experience and will never go back, waited 30 minutes extra at the restaurant for our order for them to forget three of our meals, one of which was our moms meal and Mother's Day cake to which they did not offer to remake it and just offered a refund the next day with a manager saying he would call me back to which I never got a call back. Never have I experienced such unprofessional service from any restaurant, and a chain non the less, not even offering any kind of compensation or apology for ruining our Mother's Day, just go to outback next door! read more

Enjoyed a bit of a celebratory lunch on a random Tuesday... We had an excellent server named Tristyn who was extremely kind, attentive and took care of all of our needs! Terrible food. Wayyyy over priced. The family bundle is a ripoff. $5 for a side of broccoli that is about 1/4 of a cup. Pasta could feed 1 person. The chicken parm was flat, too salty and chicken was rubbery. The chicken was like half an inch thick. It was sooo thin. This was a scam of a dinner. Wish I could return all of it. For $100, this barely fed our family. We had to throw away the chicken because it was so bad and way too salty. Never ordering here again. Olive Garden is 10x better so just imagine how bad this place is. read more

Went for dinner on Wednesday night and was very disappointed. My food came out cold; I asked to have them re-heat it and it came out 2 minutes later (microwaved) the manager placed it on the table asked if it was ok and walked away. Didn't apologize, nothing. I myself serve and this would never be ok at our restaurant. When we were walking out there were 3 people at the host stand and not 1 of them said goodnight, thank you, nothing. We will never eat at this location again, if we ever come back to a Carrabba's at all. read more

I have food sensitivities so a lot if the dishes don't usually sit well with me. There are a few dishes on the menu that I can tolerate, which are their simple grilled dishes of chicken or salmon with veggie sides. I recently did a curbside pick up, and the wait was about 10 minutes. It was a busy night with several cars waiting for their orders. The server was friendly. read more

I walked into Carrabba's at about 6:15... google shows that to be one of their slowest times. I told the guy at reception that it was only me. Another guy walked up... and said I could sit at the bar, or grab a high-top in the bar area... or I could wait. I looked around... there were several empty tables... and a whole lot of booths... empty. I got the impression the guy was just doing it because he could. I run into that issue a lot when I am alone... go sit at the bar, or grab a hightop (at the bar)! I turned around and walked out... went elsewhere. Love this place for a quick weeknight dinner. They always get me seated right away and generally all the dishes I've had are great. Not fresh in house made pasta that's the reason for the 4 stars but for a chain restaurant italian I'll take it. Bread and herbs always warm and fresh. Today I had the eggplant parmigiana with broccoli and it was perfect. Meals are big enough to share. I enjoy the soup or salad that comes with the meals too! Chicken Bryan with a normal fork there for scale. Total scam, It's one very small chicken breast that has been butterflied to look like more. I weighed it was 4.7oz counting all the toppings so prob about 3oz of chicken. Also the side salad and their entree salad are just different sized to go containers but the same amount of food. I weighed those too 4.23 oz for side Caesar and 4.72 oz for the full one. So don't waste your money. read more

We had a party of five for dinner last night, Wednesday. We had reservations and were seated right away. Very friendly staff. Our water came and took are drink orders quickly. The young lady who brought our water and drinks was pleasant and professional. The problem started when we had to ask if she could get our waiter to take our order. We had been sitting there for almost 20 minutes while three other tables who came in after us served by our waiter before us. He finally came to take our order after another 5-10 minutes with no apology. It was not overly busy. We watched him standing talking to other staff on several occasions during this time. The other booths were either party of two or four so our tip would be the largest. I'm not sure why he kept ignoring us. The food was mediocre at best. The meals were all at the most luke warm. The Chicken Marsala was flavorful but the Chicken was a poor piece of meat. The brocolli was old and undercooked, no flavor. The Rigatoni with sausage was poor. The sausage was overdone, dry and just sprinkled on top with very little sauce. This is one of my favorite meals normally. The lobster ravioli was drab and very overpriced. The Spaghetti and meat balls, the fried ravioli and the salads were very good as usual. Overall the service was excellent but the food was soo disappointing. Our experiences lately at this restaurant have been gradually declining. After this meal I think I'm done with Carrabbas for good. So sad. read more

What could have ended in a very horrible meal turned out to be a wonderfully pleasant experience. I ordered the Mahi Wulfe which I have had at this Citrus Park location in the past, however, on this occasion the meal wasn't cooked properly. I advised my server - Madison and she took the plate to the kitchen. In addition, she alerted the manager. Next thing I know the manager - DJ comes to our table and apologized and told me that he was going to personally make sure that the new entree was cooked perfectly. He did just that he presented me a new plate of Mahi Wulfe and it was excellent! In addition to my surprise he had made a 2nd entree for me to take home. We waited about 10 minutes before the waitress came over although it was just two people in her section, which she did not apologize at all for the delay. This gem has been around for a while and I have to admit it has been years since we have last visited but recently we went back to use a few gifts cards and we were pleasantly surprised over the great tasting food and drinks. We ordered a pitcher of blackberry sangria and the shrimp scampi appetizer. It was amazing! For dinner we ordered shrimp and scallop linguini and the rigatoni martino with grilled chicken. We ordered take out and it was very good except the steamed broccoli. If I can give you any piece of advice order any side but the steamed broccoli. It may have just been last nights batch but it tasted old and fishy. Nothing like steamed broccoli should ever taste like. I would have taken it back but it would have been another 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back to my house. I had grilled chicken which was good and my husband had chicken parmigiana which he enjoyed. Next time we go or order takeout I'll steer clear of the steamed broccoli. read more

Check with your local location but this one has half price appetizers that are so delicious along with fantastic pricing on certain specialty cocktails.
