Hello everyone! for couple of times I took my moms car to get the oil change in this place. They offer oil change and a carwash. and thinking that they were professionals and honest I took my moms car here for the oil change. and two years later I found out that the oil was changed but the oil filter never was changed! I wonder why the check engine was often on! that was very upsetting! please if you love your car and your family more than your car NEVER take your car for an oil change to this place in the car wash! They charge for an oil change but they do not do the oil change correctly. I found that out because my mom's car was checked by a professional. Paid for the "DIAMOND"package,received the Value wash...I doubt I got everything that was suppose to come with that package.They forgot to do the dressing on the outside until I reminded them I paid for the Diamond wash. Driving home I started noticing they didnt clean the interior,they did a quick vaccum,my antenna was thrown in the back seat!!! I have been here once before and have had no problems. Did a good job last time. This time the experience was terrible. I'm paying for the Midas package which is more than the basic so I would expect a little more since I'm paying a little more. I'm inside waiting for my car and I look up to see 2-3 people huddled around the front of the car. One would assume something is wrong. So I get to the car and the guy is standing there and I'm checking out the inside and everything. I go to the front of the car and then I see this smudge, Mark whatever you want to call it and SOMEONE comes over and says it's tree sap. This guy wasn't even cleaning my car which makes it more suspicious. I park under a carport at home and there are no trees where I park at work so where is tree sap from? To make matters worse the guy who handed my keys is still waiting for his tip and kinda not moving so I can leave. I'm a nice dude and respect anyone's hustle so I tipped him. But Then looked at the money as if it wasn't real! If i never asked they would've never told me it was there. Then to huddle around and consult each other about it I would think you would've tried to get it off or at least speak on it. So by expecting a tip which is not guaranteed was a bit much for me. Good place but now hesitant to return because I don't know what kind of experience I'm going to get. read more

I loved this place. But last time i took my compact SUV here, the guy tried upcharging me $120 for a hand wash. I got him down to $100 because it was my bday. I came back with my boyfriend and his huge muddy truck... the same guy charged him $90 for the same hand wash..... ALSO they didn't even hand wash either..... both went through the drive through wash. read more

Ahmazing service. It's like a new car each time plus I take care of my car so it' stays somewhat clean. The guys and gals there always go above and beyond to make sure you're 100 % satisfied with the results... wether it's a regular car wash to a detail, oil change. It's always done at its best and you have the option of having them do a redo which is nice. they really don't mind. BEWARE OF THEIVING EMPLOYEES! Came to get a car wash and left with money missing out of my vehicle. It's only a few dollars in change, but it's the principle of the matter. I cant say which employee took the change, but I took a picture right before handing the car to the vacuum guy. The manager wasnt available to remedy the situation, but there's no need as I wont be returning. Needless to say, the cleaning job was mediocre as you can see the same dirt from the before and after pictures are still there. It's just some change here and there now, but hopefully this post prevents someone else from having their valuables stolen. read more

Came here on a busy Friday around lunchtime and they got my car done in an hour which I think is great, considering they washed, wiped down the inside and vacuumed. I am sure that if I would have come earlier or on a weekday it would have been faster. They did a great job on the car and it was super affordable! It's hit and miss with this place. I have taken small cars here and they do a good job. I took my sprinter van RV last week and I would give it a poor rating. The van is brand new and pretty much just has dust. I paid to get it clean because it's a high profile vehicle and I'd rather pay to get it cleaned. They charged me the extra fee wash $80 for being a high profile vehicle but the job they did was crap! They did not even wipe down the inside of the van and missed a lot of spots. Roof was not cleaned even after I told them to make sure it was cleaned. They put too much tire dressing which dripped all over my wheels. A home detailer charged me $100 for wash and wax and they did a better job than this place... read more

I hate giving low stars, but I was extremely disappointed when I saw the interior or the car. It was like they passed the vacuum in a rush and didn't care. Sure they were fast. Tops 10 minutes. This was a complete waste of my money. Rip off. So glad I didn't take the wax offer, I wonder just how bad that would've been. I went to wash my car yesterday, 7/1/19, and paid extra since I have an SUV. While checking the car at home, I find that some places were not wiped clean. Also, the rear of the SUV was not vacuumed. I've been here multiple times and always for the value car wash ($15.99), car is ALWAYS SPOTLESS and they take the time to hand dry each crevice! Good service and friendly, you won't be disappointed :) For 15.99 and a CLEAN car inside and out, it is definitely worth it! Car looked way better than the day I took it home 12/14/19. For $50.00 I got the wash, hand wax, and interior dressing conditioner. My car sat off to the side for 20 minutes for a hand car wash while other cars that came after were washed before mine. Not organized and will not return. My son & I both have taken our vehicles to this car wash for many years. We get our oil changed & walk over to the grill and enjoy a meal while waiting. The employees are great and Omar is the best when it comes to customer service. Extremely disappointed. My family & I have been coming to this car wash for years. When I arrived I was upsold on a $85.99 "deal" for a hand polish & wax. Paying this price I'd expect a pristine interior & exterior. The truck was ready in 35 minutes. I questioned the duration of time with the employee who verified my payment & handed me my keys & he said they had 2 guys on the job. After looking around the truck, the chrome bumper was inattentively cleaned as well as the interior & body of truck under the bed rail caps, had dirt lines running down the side of the bed. The interior was half-assed vacuumed & cup holders weren't even wiped out at the minimum. Extremely disappointed. If I wanted a basic wash I'd run it through an $8 gas station wash. Or if you're going to upsell a base price, your work better show in the upsell. Do better soft touch! Obviously this establishment has lost 3 consistent long term customers. read more

Just came back from getting my car washed from this location. Was very impressed at how fast it took them until I looked at the interior of my car, that didn't look wiped down and vacuumed as much as I'd hoped for. My windshield wasn't even cleaned or wiped down on the entire right side and still had water drops. So with carwash places I have found you gotta go at least 3 times to get a good feeling on the wash. Having said that I have been here about 6 times now. I have a company car that I wash once a week. Soft touch does an overall average job. The reason I say average is that it's really inconsistent... You either get a great wash or a bad one... My most recent was today. I paid $5 extra for interior dressing. Average exterior wash I had excess water in my front grill and rear bumper I dried off myself. The interior overall was average. Some streaks on my windshield near the corners. I have tried a few others in the area and they are about the same I will probably come back because of the convenience of being near my house... Soft Touch Car Wash in Chino has been my local favorite establishment since I can remember. I've been taking my vehicles throughout the years since 1992 to present. Always very happy with the customer service they provide & the friendliness of the employees. They also have an oil change station next to them - free car wash with an oil change! They have done an excellent job on detailing my cars as well. I've tried a couple other full service car washes in the past but STCW continues to be my favorite and for many more vehicles & years to come! read more
