I have to downgrade my initial review of this place. We went again and the food was not good at all. The eggplant Parmesan was soggy and tasted old. I did like the falafel however and one of us had the falafel plate which was good for a vegetarian option. I feel bad having to downgrade my review but I just want everyone to stay away from the eggplant Parmesan. Oh, and the food was on the cold side again too so I wish they would make sure they bake the items longer. read more

I have been faithfully eating Soho for over 5 years now. I love this little restaurant. The people are so friendly, the food is amazing, and the delivery is amazingly fast. First, I have to share that I eat here a lot. I believe that they have the best gyros in the Twin Cities. I love how the food is prepared as you order it and it is fresh. For me, the sauce is 50% of a gyro and their sauce is very tasty. We usually order both lamb and chicken gyros. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The price is reasonable and the cooks always greet you with a smile. read more

My friend and I wanted to order pasta, but we didn't want to have to go out so we decided to use grub-hub, and when we searched for pasta places this was the first that came up, the Alfredo was highly rated and was one of their top dishes, so we both got that as well as mozzarella sticks and garlic knots. The mozzarella sticks were good as well as the bread, but the pasta was super bland, their was no flavor to it at all, and we couldn't even finish it because it was so bland. We even tried putting our own spices on it, but we shouldn't have to season food that we purchase, expecting it to taste good. We were highly disappointed from the food from this place and will not be ordering from them again. I would not recommend this place. read more

just got Soho Cafe delivered by restaurant connection. The spinach pie was dry and tasted like it was frozen. I make spinach pie at home, so i know how easy this dish is to get right. the calamari was absolutely gross: oily, over-fried, not good. fettuccini wasn't terrible, but i've had better at a lot of places(even olive garden). cheesecake was edible, baklava also dry and frozen tasting. i won't be eating Soho Cafe again. read more

Those Gyro platters are so big and heaping, plenty of food for this fat chinchilla. Occasionally, I opt for some pasta when I'm feeling lazy. They do a good job with that, tossing in some wine and basil into it. I like it when venues cook the pasta in with the sauce, whereas, most places just top the pasta with the sauce. It was convenient that they offered fast delivery to the hospital but this was hands down the worth gyros I've ever had. The pita was thick, there was an enormous amount of lettuce, & maybe only 5-6 slices of gyros meat which was cold BUT the sauce was great! My husband ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo & he said the pasta was gummy & the chicken was not fresh. We didn't finish the meals, I went to bed hungry & my husband ended up going to McDonald's. What a waste of $25! Very disappointing. read more

The staff is super nice and friendly, the prices cannot be beat in Uptown, and the food is fast and tasty (not to mention open late!). The pastas are tossed in seasoned olive oil before being dressed with sauce and that makes all the difference! The stromboli with marinara dipping sauce is always on point!
