The manager was more mad than me when I'm the one who drove all the way home, sat down, opened the container and couldn't even eat because it's hair in my food. If a sushi place can't get rice right, huge issue. A lot of the avocado in the rolls was way over ripped and browning which gave it a sour taste and further ruined the rolls. I've also never had bones in sushi, ever, in twenty years of eating it, till now. Edamame was overcooked, mushy and grainy. Smoked salmon tasted like cheap store bought smoked salmon you'd get at Walmart. I didn't even finish my food because it was just so unappetizing. Unfortunately, would not recommend and will not go back. Whoever said it's better sushi than Chattanooga or is giving the sushi 5 stars either doesn't have functional taste buds or has never had sushi anywhere else and is telling themselves it was good so they can feel refined for eating sushi.
