They let me come in 15 mins til close & made me feel so welcomed. Their customer service was amazing. They offered me water multiple times to helping me with my nail polish color. They let me know if I wasnt satisfied with my nails I could come back within 3 days & they would fix them for no price. I am always so impressed by the service and their care for customers. I tend to be a walk-in, yet even on busy days I have never felt awkward. Every time my pedicure (regular) has been meticulous, they ask about potential issues with my feet and even how ticklish I am, and the foot/leg massage is second to none. I have never gone back to the "cheap" place that's closer. Believe me, it's worth the extra $5 to get great service and people who can talk to you rather than ignoring you or talking in another language on their ohone the whole time. read more

I've been a huge fan of this place since late last year, after another local place let me down. I'd been going for several months when one of the manager/owner guys was completely awful to me after HE screwed up my appointment. Called me a liar instead of taking accountability for writing down the wrong apt info. Said because I wasn't a regular I wasn't important enough to squeeze in (I guess coming every 2 weeks for close to 6 months doesn't make you a regular?) I got my brows and lip waxed here today. I'm used to getting my brows and lip threaded. My service was not as defined as I normally have with threading. I think if I was used to getting waxed, I would have been completely fine with the service but with the definition I'm used to I would say it was a solid 3. Brows and lip wax was $25. I came for a simple gel pedicure, white on the toes nothing major. She told me 75 dollars for a pedicure, not even a hot towel treatment or the regular pedicure services. I ended up paying that and it came up to 77.25 just for my big toe to chip the next day . I do not recommend and I will not be back. read more

My daughter went to get her nails done for a birthday pampering. She called me crying at the salon because her manicure cost her $95 and she was only expecting about $60 plus tip. The SNS cost $55 which is reasonable but then they added on fees to everything without telling her. She told them how long she wanted them and they added $5 without notifying her that the length she requested would be more. I saw her nails and they weren't even long. They asked how she wanted them shaped and they again charged her without telling her the shape would be extra. Finally, she wanted French tip, and they didn't tell her that would be extra also. After personally speaking to the worker, they admitted they didn't tell her all of the services would be extra. Still, with everything he told me, the total didn't add up to $95! I went around and round with him to figure out what made the price $95 but never got anywhere. I told her to go ahead and pay and he didn't offer a receipt. Of course not! I truly believe they took advantage of a young and polite college student. Her nails were a pretty color and shape BUT they were super thick which made them look odd. I initially went to this salon because I needed a salon open on Sundays. I don't remember my first manicure there but it must have been good because I made an appointment for my engagement photo shoot nails and my wedding day nails! Kevin is awesome! I do not think this shop gets the attention it deserves. I gone here several times while traveling back and forth from Atlanta and they have not failed me yet. The staff is nice and professional. Definitely one of the rougher manis I've had. I just had a polish change here for the first time and my nails are very uneven in length and the polish is blotchy and messy. Probably could have painted my nails at home and it would look the same. Disappointed because i was charged for essentially the price of a full manicure at other salons I've been to. Not happy! My daughter and I had an appointment at 11:30 am. I got a gel manicure and my daughter got a gel manicure and pedicure. I was finished first of course so I decided to walk outside and browse the shops while my daughter finished up. The service in this place is fantastic. I've been twice and both times have been some of the best pedicures I've had in years (and from different tech).
