Kat offered a warm bed, clean robe and hair band. The service was amazing. Kat not only did a wonderful job with my facial Dermaplane, she offered a wonderful neck, shoulder and arm massage. The oils, lotions and products she used smelt amazing! And my results were awesome! I asked for a lavender color with a chrome finish, and he showed me one on the sample palette that looked like what I wanted. When my nails were finished, there was no chrome, just plain lavender. When I asked about it, David asked another employee and tried checking with others, but I felt more embarrassed in the moment and ended up saying maybe I was wrong. He then laughed, and I was already anxious about speaking up, so it made me feel uncomfortable. I left a tip because I panicked and just wanted to leave. Afterward, I felt really overwhelmed and ended up crying in my car. I understand miscommunication can happen, but I wish there had been better communication and customer service.

Color application is good and I like the fact the acrylic is not built up so thick but breaking the skin on my finger tips and around cuticles with very aggressive filling is painful. Concerns over infection because I know new files are not used on each client. I'll go back in a pinch but I will keep looking for my go to place every two weeks because my manicurist quit due to family issues and I've been going to her for years.

For $115, this was definitely not worth it. Unless you have a specific technician you trust, I would not recommend choosing "anyone" here. The quality feels like Russian roulette! You don't know if you'll get someone good or not. My experience was more stressful than relaxing.
