Lady that's there 7 days a week gave me the wrong order, then she gave me attitude when I told her it was wrong, instead of admitting to it she charged me again for what I wanted originally. She sees me frequently and knows who I am. Well this place no more. Not EVER going back. Also charged me twice one time and I told her about it and she said I was wrong!!! even though my bank proved otherwise. And the best part, when you try to tell the owner that her cooks are serving cold food, she will be rude and dismissive no matter how nice you are because apparently, it rubs her ego wrong. I wanted to be positive so I simply asked her to talk to her cooks and tell them that on two occasions the chicken in my food was stone cold and I believe this time it got me violently ill. All the snippy owner could do was tell me is to bring the receipt in, over and over again, as she obviously would not listen because she didn't give a damn. I not longer have my receipt, so I tried to tell her three times what day and at what time I got my food, so as she could identify the cooks to talk to. Finally, she said she would talk to them and then she hung up on me. Folks, keep yourself and your children well and do not eat at this literally crappy restaurant unless throwing up is what you want. read more

The food isnt too bad, comparable to La Carreta, but the customer service is very subpar. Always pretty rude and they often get mad when you can't understand what they are saying or they can't understand you. We went for the first time today. Got there early and watched the restaurant fill up. Staff was friendly, facility was clean and the food was really good. Hubby had the Shrimp Fajitas and I had the Chicken Fajitas. Portions were more than generous and we could not eat it all. Will definitely return. Go early and be hungry. read more

The girl that works there and has a high pitched voice. She talks way too much. Very annoying. We wont eat in the lobby anymore because a very nice girl accidently put a tostada on our table that was for another table. We felt so bad for her because the other one was behind the counter talking to all the other employees about it and everyone in the lobby eating could hear her. She was saying awful things and the girl that made the mistake walked out of the lobby and to the back. We coud tell she was so belittled. It was awful.
