I ask for the same thing every time - basic pedicure (which the second they find out you want the cheapest one they get an attitude. My latest one lasted 27 times from start to finish. He didn't lift the bar for me to help me get out, grab my shoes, or even walk me to his station to do my finger nails). Then I get the builder gel fill in. I left with marks on my index finger from where it set wrong and the edge of 2 nails not covered by color. Somehow this trip to the salon was $90, last time it was 93 and the time before 97...so it is getting cheaper but I'm confused on how it's a different price each time. The customer service is the worst part. Some of these people are miserable. I will not be going back. The quality of work is not worth the price I paid.

It has been a long week, and the home pedicure I had done a few weeks ago needed to be freshened up. I checked on the maps app for the hours of Venetian and was delighted to see they were open for another hour. I popped out of the house and headed that way. Unfortunately, the maps information was outdated, and when I walked in the employee informed me they were about to close. I was disappointed and turned to go when a nail tech volunteered to stay late and do my pedicure. It was strangely relaxing to be in the salon as the music went off and the remaining patrons made their way out. My pedicure was efficient but no less relaxing, and I greatly appreciated the extra service (reflected in the tip). Plus my toes now look amazing and sandal-ready for the next few weeks. I would love to branch out and try some new places, but this one hits the mark for me, so I'm hesitant to change it up in this area of town. If you need a pedicure in a clean, relaxing environment with massage chairs that work and employees who will do an amazing job, Venetian should be your go-to spot as well!

When I asked him when someone would be doing my nails after I had sat about 20 minutes, he said "because you didn't have an appointment you will wait". As the vehicles exiting the parking lot, he asked me if I was upset and I said yes. He began to berate me because I came in without an appointment and I was upset that I had to wait so long when other clients were getting service. He would not stop. Even the technician that eventually came and sat down was patting my hand as if to say it'll be okay. He even got up from his client and came over and started on me again. He told me I had no common sense and that I was stupid to think I could just walk in and get service. He would not let go. I received the same services I always receive and this time I was charged and extra $30. I could explain this in more detail, but suffice it to say that I am seeking a new salon. In particular, one that does not charge me an extra $15 on top of my pedicure in order to remove the old polish they put on and put on new gel polish. The technicians are wonderful, but I will not be treated that way by a manager again.

My stylist was Sara McAllister (hope I spelled it correctly). She looked at what I wanted & what I had then assured me she could do it. After a marvelous neck massage she shampooed my hair (and gave me a wonderful hand massage) & put some treatment on it to help with the dryness I seem to have. Then it was back to the styling chair. She kept me turned away from the mirror throughout the cutting & blow dry. When she let me see the back I was speechless.
