I decided to use this provider as she was available the soonest. Pro - availability Cons - EVERYTHING ELSE First, I did. Not feel she had any empathy or compassion for my situation. I have another dog in excellent health that was excited to see we had a visitor. She was short with him and acted as if he was an annoyance. Second, it is expensive to do in home pet euthanasia. I know this and expected it. To get his cremains back was an additional $325 or $350 , I honestly don't remember but I didn't care, I wanted him back. I was notified by text that he was ready to come home and I was expected to pick him up. I live in SW Fort Worth and she is in Bedford. This was not told to me prior to receiving this text. For the extra amount charged, I think he should have been delivered back home. I went and picked him up. There sat a little blue bag on her porch. Included was a paw print but no stand to display it. Not once in our texting did she inquire how either myself or other dog were doing. Seems like once she was paid, I was of no concern, And last, at the time of his passing, she launched into a lengthy prayer. Again, not discussed ahead of time. How does she know if the pet owner desires this or its parr of their beliefs? I do not recommend using this provider.

We were able to have Enrique, at home, away from the loud, strange sounds and lights of the Vet clinic, and have him pass away at home and where he loved most, in my arms. I take my foster kittens to her when I'm especially worried about them along with my two adult cats. It's not drive-by vet care as seen with some of the larger more corporate animal car places and she will not push extra vaccines. When answering questions it's obvious that she keeps up with the latest research finds and is very informed. Also she will look up the best place and price to get a needed medication rather than charge through the roof for the same medication. They are all so patient and compassionate with them and never make us feel rushed. They answer all of our questions, explain things thoroughly, and they listen to and trust my mom gut feelings. We recently brought our 7 month old VERY anxious Pitbull in because she cut her armpit open pretty badly. They got her in the same day, sedated her, and got her all stitched up. The stitches look fantastic and she is healing up beautifully after only 3 days. Cannot recommend them enough!!!
