She proceeded to tell him that his money was more important to the business than my money was. So after hearing that the worker realized she messed up his transaction but couldn't figure out what. That is a big deal! I am now in overdraft on my account, and have accrued an overdraft fee from the bank! I don't get paid until the end of September, as i am a teacher and that's when our next round of paychecks happen. I spoke to the owner, and she said I was emailed paperwork when i first signed up a long time ago. Well, i did not receive that. Maybe it was in my junk mail? AND, that was so long ago. People are not going to memorize/remember that info from that long ago on policies. She refused to refund the money taken out, and had no sympathy. I feel very differently about our locally owned salon, and will no longer be doing business there. (Im sure she doesn't care about that either)

The girl helping me was not helpful and very shady, lying saying she was giving me a discount when really she was using my tan dollars towards the total. She also didn't give me the special they had going on that my friend got at the HD location. These salons have really gone down hill and their standard for a clean salon went with it. I will upload pictures of how gross the spray booth was. I payed over $40 for a spray tan in a booth that looks like it hasn't been cleaned or updated jam years. I've always kept going here because of the convenience of putting my package on hold but I will be looking for a new place with better service and a clean atmosphere.

The only high pressure level 5 they have is the matress version of the Matrix High Pressure, which is a 24 minutes bed due to turning over halfway in between which means whatever side you laid on first will have half the lotion left behind on the mattress rather than your skin.. It just is an old ghetto bed and they have a few others that could use serious upgrading. And that High Pressure is offered at one instead of both locations. I had been tanning here for 20 years when the new owner…read moreshowed up . first she wouldn't honor my current tanning packet and of course I pitched a tiny fit about it but with diplomacy so she gave me a free tan and let me use one of my tans oh boy!! then I bought a new pkt as usual she had her 3 dogs on big real sweet one med and one small of course as small as the salon is you're going to encounter them and if play a bit while waiting a week goes on I walk in to tan she jumps back from behind the desk and proceeds to tell me I am no longer welcome to tan there because someone had told her I was playing chase with the big dog ( while going back to my room it would follow and id pet it) I see nothing harsh about that .( I lost those tans too) .. I rescue all my animals.. she basically told me I was abusive to her dog and it was traumatized for days over it.. that's a loss of crap.. Anyway I did nothing wrong so karma is like that...she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing anyway . she had a lot of her family's and animals there most of the time there was barely room for customers... I don't see a problem with that but if they don't do well in a crowd they shouldn't be there.. I spoke to another woman who had a similar encounter and lost her book of tans too ,.. she really thought she was a powerful person but it turned around and but her..
