Drinks: I got a hugo spritz and it was really really good! 10/10 Food: We had the short rib pizza which was a recommendation made by Desiree and OMG the pizza was amazing. It had great flavor, it was really good. I had the lobster ravioli, i was craving a good lobster ravioli and that one met my cravings but i would be down to try something different the next time i go there. Food was Average at best.. The service was great.. Atmosphere is very inviting. My first clue should have been 3 tables at 7:15 on a Saturday. It had good reviews so let's check it out.. Veal parm was all breading with a wafer thin piece of Veal. The marinara tasted like it came straight out of the can. Zero flavor. The side of spaghetti was cooked Al dente. The other dishes were also just ok. Out of the four of us no one was impressed. It may have a new name and owner but they didn't change the food or cooks. There are so many better choices out there. Our first time dining since the restaurant has been Sole Mio and it deserve it's entirety of the 5 star review. We arrived at 9:30pm and asked if we could still be seated. They said yes - when they close at 10pm. It was much appreciated. We kinda knew what we wanted so we ordered with our amazing server David and we got our food fairly fast. From the time we walked in to the time we left, we clocked it at a total of 45 minutes. From having a newborn at home, this was the best date night we could ask for! Food was delicious. We ordered two appetizers. Calamari and the salmon tartare. I liked that they had balsamic glaze on the salmon tartare plate. It was an excellent pairing. We also ordered a shrimp pasta dish and a chicken parmesan. Loved it all. The restaurant was gorgeous inside. Our server David was also very personable and made great conversation with us. While I've never actually eaten inside Sole Mio, my family has ordered their pizza for delivery on many occasions, and we absolutely love it! Their pizza has a style that my whole family really enjoys, and we find ourselves ordering it pretty often. If you order online, they also offer different specials, which is always a nice bonus. Our deliveries have consistently arrived on time and without any issues, which makes ordering from them easy and reliable. I'm hoping to eventually dine in and try more of their menu, but as far as pizza delivery goes, Sole Mio gets a 10/10 from me! read more

Sole Mio is a beautiful restaurant that perfectly blends classic Italian with modern style . They set the mood with patio lights and deep, rich colors. The indoor has a gorgeous bar that was very inviting. There was even a giant Christmas tree for the holiday season! They also have plenty of space indoors to accommodate parties of all sizes. Their menu is typical Italian food. Classic entrees so you know exactly what you're getting! What I really liked was their kids menu. I didn't have any kids with me, but I thought it was really cool that they offer build your own cannoli or decorate your own sundae. This would be such a fun activity! The food itself was perfect. Came to Nicolettas after a hair appointment I had which is in the area, normally Im not up this way (however after eating here, that may change!) The inside is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful ambiance, quiet and a huge chandelier that immediately draws your attention upwards. Diana was our server and she was an absolute delight. So incredibly friendly, kind, told us a little about the wonderful changes to come. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, arugula pie, chicken pesto and goat cheese pizza (with the chicken on the side as I was with a vegetarian), a limoncello spritz and raspberry tartufo. Diana actually came around with these limoncello spritz samples as we were waiting for our appetizer and well, I loved it so much I ordered one! Light, refreshing and a great way to beat the Florida heat for a bit. The mozzarella sticks were delicious. A bitter better than your run-of-the-mill mozzarella stick, definitely had more flavor, and was a nice way to kick off the meal. The chicken pesto and goat cheese pizza was incredible. The chicken was grilled to perfection, and it being on the side didn't alter the taste at all. Juicy, charred the right amount, could probably just eat a bowl of the chicken by itself! But paired with the fresh pesto and tomatoes, along with the creamy goat cheese made for a truly unforgettable meal. The arugula pie, however, was the star! It has mozzarella and ricotta cheese, garlic and rosemary, topped with arugula and a lemon dressing. After the first bite my eyes were rolling in the back of my head. The peppery arugula combined with the bright lemon dressing would've made a fantastic salad, but then also put it on a pizza with fragrant garlic, rosemary and a blend of melty mozzarella and creamy ricotta? Actual heaven. I don't think I'd be able to revisit Nicoletta's without getting this pizza. For dessert we were stuck between the tartufo and the tirsmisu. Because of the heat, we ended up going with the tartufo. Ive never had anything like it. It's a classic dish that is a wonderful way to end the meal, though I would definitely try the tiramisu next time! With all the food we ordered, the drink, and two soft drinks, our total came to $101.65. Between the quality of the food, the exceptional service, and the quiet and ambient atmosphere, it was 100% worth every penny and I can't wait to come back! read more

This restaurant changes names every few years to trick Canyons families into thinking it's finally something different...but alas, it's still Nicoletta's. Still the same poor management and unfriendly owners. Still the same mediocre food. The only selling point here, in my opinion, is the convenient location and the make your own pizza option for kids. The pizza is genuinely disgusting but my kids have fun making it, so we usually just get kids meals and wine and then eat something different later to avoid the bad, overpriced food. We had the weirdest and most uncomfortable experience last night getting kicked out of the restaurant for "our son's mood" which the owner referenced in his response to my husband. For future disappointed guests, an appropriate response would simply be "we strive to make sure every guest feels welcome here, and we are sorry you didn't feel that way." Feel free to copy and paste that line instead of fabricating a story for your next reply. We were NOT offered one of their "best tables outside" after we were seated inside, we were asked to leave and it was truly bizarre. Anyone with kids knows that we as parents do our best to keep everyone happy and calm but they are not robots - as soon as our "sons mood" started to interrupt the dining experience, my husband took him outside to calm him down - that is truly the best that a parent can do and we never expected to be treated this way. Olga waved us off with a condescending fake smile as we left, and it felt like we were in an SNL skit. I had been to Nicoletta's before, but after seeing the rebrand to Sole Mio, we knew we had to come back and try it out -- and wow, what a glow-up. The space is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. The outdoor patio genuinely feels like something out of a European film: cozy, romantic, and so tastefully designed. We were greeted by the kindest waiter who took amazing care of us from start to finish. He recommended a few of their holiday drinks (all delicious), and brought over the yummiest bread while we waited for our meals. Both of our pasta dishes were incredible -- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. What really stood out was how taken care of we felt by the staff. Even after we paid, they offered us cappuccinos as we lingered and chatted over drinks. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience feel extra special. I've read some great reviews about this place and had to try it out myself. The pizza is great (appetizer) and so are the drinks....definitely not cheap but good. That's where it ended. The entree's were a big disappointment. My wife and I both ordered different veal dishes and had a hard time finding the veal. When we did, unfortunately it wasn't worth the find. No flavor and no plate appeal. The pasta was drenched in sauce and was inedible. I'm not one for squawking about price.....just give me something for my money. We come here for lunch once or twice a month -- the atmosphere is always beautiful and welcoming. They often have special seasonal dishes, and everything we've tried has been absolutely delicious. Under new ownership, again. Third Italian restaurant at this location. now it's Sole Mio. I only had the pizza, cant Say anything about the other menu items. I question the claim of a 24 hour cold ferment on the dough. If that's true, it's not coming through in the final product. It was mediocre at best. Soggy, and the dough was flavorless, but I thought the sauce was good. I'll go back for another try, I would love to have a great Italian restaurant close to the house, but I recommend the staff get together and work on the dough and proper cooking times.
