The place is small and you are asked to take your shoes off upon entering, but that means you were right in the doorway while trying to get your shoes off and balance putting on slippers that they leave at the door. There's only two seats in the waiting area. There was no tea or anything else out like I have seen in other pictures but I was offered a water. Elana was my massage therapist and she was fantastic. A couple of issues was that the treatment rooms are extremely small is very little room to maneuver. Also, they must have had satellite radio on so the radio station kept going in and out which made for very awkward moments of complete silence in the room and during that time, you could hear other patrons talking, music from the Pilates, studio next-door, and traffic on the road. After about 10 minutes, she did ask if I wanted her to go get her phone so she could put on music in which I said yes-it was very hard to concentrate every time the music went off. I thought $140 for a 90 minute massage was an excellent price and she was great, but I'm not sure if I would return due to them having no amenities and the outside noise issues.

You can have the option to turn the lights and spa music in the tank on or off. My skin was super soft afterwards because of the epsom salt, but you might want to plan to do this on a day when you don't have any plans afterwards, because my hair was kind of funky for a while afterwards. The person at the counter was really friendly and did an excellent job of explaining everything. They provide a towel, q-tips, ear plugs, and anything you might need. The cost was $55 for one hour as a new customer. Definitely hoping to come back here and I've been recommending it to everyone!
