Go with another company, trust me. We signed a contract for a system to cover 154% of our usage. They switched the systems on us and the paperwork being submitted to pg&e says they only expect us to be using 30% solar. Getting them to respond is the biggest hassle. Update 3/4 After literally weeks of calling to the PM and to their corporate office the problem is fixed. But it was a lot of effort. The maintenance team will come out, reset the error, and they leave. The PM will only let you know that the team will come, but won't let you know they're done with the repairs. So you're constantly calling to find out the situation, and then when it's still down z you have to wait a few days for them to fit you into their schedule. From top down there's no follow through, it's just "we gave you a thing, if it doesn't work, call us again". Don't fall for their lies about how "you have a difficult and unique " problem, because the maintenance teams leave on time every day and don't come back. If it's so difficult and unique why is there no follow through to ask if things are working the day after? When things work, it's great, my PGE bill is -130, but to get to the point where everything is working, you're the project manager and you have to manage it all yourself. read more

They came out to my house, the sales lady told me benefit of installing solar. I was always hesitated for solar products but since we just got a electric car and that increased our bill a lot, we decide to give solar a chance. I contacted Soleeva for a Solar Proposal on 12/12/19. The person I spoke with was very polite, knowledgeable and seemed on top of her game. When I found out this company uses American made panels I knew I had to get in touch. After follow up emails and phone calls I haven't received any information beyond the initial call. No proposal, no call backs. My home is almost too far for them, but they still promised a proposal and we would go from there. Severely disappointed with the lack of communication. Almost every other company can get you a basic proposal within hours. I found another provider that met my needs but I do hope Soleeva can stick to the simple things as calling back. If im out of your area, just say so and don't get my hopes up for one of the few American products in Solar. read more

Soleeva was great to work with and we love our new solar panels! I should state that we've been wanting to go solar for years but up until now most solar installers wouldn't touch our steel roof. I love our solar panels. First off they are made in America which is great. In addition the panels are self cleaning and self cooling so you never have to worry about your panels. Whenever we had a question the representative would always call back and come to our house. In addition, they regularly monitor the panels from their office so they know if there is a problem with any of the panels. I agreed to have someone come out, but when they showed up, it was a guy from a company called Soleeva, a home energy company.
