I spent months reviewing and consulting contractors across the entire bay area for my 31 panel 2 battery project. Sorry to have to change my review. But after couple months to have my solar system, their customer service is not as good as before. I have my problem with my power wall while it tried to drain out itself even after the sun goes down. I tried to contact Sony and he said this is the calibration process so it should be like that. But I experienced the calibration process before, it should put my battery as standby mode without draining and it should show Calibration Processing on Tesla app. This problem happened after PGE came to my house so I would like him stop by and check to make sure everything good before I contact Tesla. But he refused to come On the installation day, his team drilled the outside wall to mount the batteries and damaged my inside wall. I complained him and he said this is possible because not 100% to find the studs. Im like did you mention that before drilling, let see how your customer would say Please be aware to go with this company, before and after the money should be different read more

I have a great experience working with Nhi and Duong. Their price is the best among those I quote with (including Costco Sunrun and Tesla), and they are very fast in both communication and installation. After installation, they told me there was 2 cells that were broken and they replaced it for free, even though I wouldn't have known if they didn't tell me. Love the honesty! I have done a lot of research before choosing Francklin HW battery because its smart feathers and compatiblity to my existing Sunpower panels. Went extra length to hide conduits in the crawl space) installation within 10 days (much sooner than others). Moreover, the price is unbeatable, way lower than other contractors. It have been two years since we have our solar install. I purposely waited to get through two rainy season before putting up this long overdue review. I wanted to get our solar install to offset the cost of our ever growing family of EV. I reached out to several well-known companies (SR, SP, T). All of whom either refuse to work on my tile roof or gave us ridiculous go-away rates. One of my friend who recently got his install through TN introduced them to me. I was able to get an appointment for them to come out within the same week. Upon reviewing my current and future power need, they were able to put together a reasonable proposal. It was not the cheapest in the market, but it was definitely the best value. I got the best panels, inverters, and service. The insulation took two days because the crew selected the most optimal cloudy day to minimize tile damage. Overall, only 6 tiles was broken. Our inspector arrive the next day and marvel at the high quality routing and installation the crew performed. It's actually pretty amazing, considering this was at the peak of Covid when supply chain was a major issue and government officials were playing hookies at home. Well, now we are up to today. Even with 12 atmospheric river running through California there not a single leak in my house. The panels are still running flawlessly producing plenty of energy, 12MWh annually Over the last several years, I've seen this company grown both in size and reputation. Excellent service and prompt response. My home is a 2 story Shapell home and they have no problem getting the solar panels up and installed in one day. The VP and sale rep are responsive and kept us informed with the delivery, installation, permit, and PTO, etc. The price is very reasonable comparing to another company which required us to upgrade the electrical panel and replace the roof. Also their electrician is great, knowledgeable, nice and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure there's no leak elsewhere on my roof and patched some of the cracks on my roof tiles.
