They were very uneven. I wanted classy French tip. The French tip is uneven on all my fingers and some of the fingers are very crooked. My thumbs definitely don't match. I got sat at 2:15 and was not leaving till 4:30 I also got my eyebrows waxed and she took way more off my left eyebrow than my right eyebrow. My left eyebrow is missing the whole far corner. Then when I went to pay, they only rung me up for my pedicure and my eyebrows. I paid walked out the door and got chased out the door because they forgot to ring me up for my nails that I was not even pleased with, and I verbally told them when paying I am not pleased with the service my nails are uneven. She took too much of my left eyebrow off, and they just rolled their eyes at me. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend this place anymore.

When I called the salon to express my concerns.I was specifically complaining about a stylist named Donna. According to her salon bio, she recently moved from Chicago. Less than 24 hours after making that complaint, I received a text message from an unknown Chicago-area phone number calling me names. The timing was concerning enough that I felt it should be reported to the salon. I did not feel that concern was taken seriously. I was told that someone would contact me regarding my complaint, but I was left waiting without any meaningful response. At this point, I was seeking a refund because I am deeply dissatisfied with the haircut itself, upset by the way my concerns have been handled, and troubled by the harassing message I received after reporting my experience. When my calls were not being returned, I called again for a third time and at that time was told that Donna is the owner of the business and would never do such a thing. My initial complaint was regarding my haircut. I have fine hair, and throughout my appointment the stylist described what she was doing as adding "movement" to my hair. At no point did I understand that significant debulking was being done. That is not something I would have requested. The result is that my hair feels much thinner than before, and I have not been able to find a way to style it that I feel good about. Another concern is that my hair was not blow-dried at the end of the service. It wasn't until I went home, washed it myself, and blow-dried it that I was able to fully see the haircut and notice the issues I have with it. Looking at it styled properly only made me more upset with the final result. Now this situation is much larger and I am still hoping for a full refund for the service.

As soon as I walked in they asked me if I wanted to reschedule due to the AC being out. They stated it had been out for a few days and would be fixed tomorrow. I was on a time crunch because I am going on vacation tomorrow and I asked why they would not have told me that when I made my appointment 2 hours prior. The pedicure was not good at all. I paid for an upgraded service to get a longer foot rub and the massage part lasted about 3 min. They were done with the entire pedicure in under 40min. I then moved on to get a manicure with Dip from a man name TV. He was very negative about my nails even though they were in excellent condition and I had not had them done in 6 months so I could strengthen them. He did a HORRIFIC JOB. I look like I have marshmallows on my fingers. I now have to go somewhere else and have them fixed when I get to my vacation destination. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.
