When our Frame TV's backlight died (do not recommend), we were so happy with his work the first time around, we didn't bother calling anyone else. Rob and Alex are very friendly. I'd call him in an instant if you need someone capable, pleasant and bends over backwards to please you. To do that, they installed a projector, built-in retractable screen, all new AV equipment, and in-ceiling speakers. Glenn ran the show, and was great throughout the whole process. He kept in constant contact, providing updates and suggestions that struck a good balance between performance and cost. With his decades of experience, he knew where I should save money and where I should spend it. Even when the inevitable snafus occurred (which they always do), Glenn handled them with professionalism. Alex and his crew built a custom enclosure for the retractable screen, and ran new wires for a whole bunch of things. It required cutting holes in the ceiling and building a custom ceiling box, but when it was done, it looked as if it had built into the house the whole time.
