I immediately heard from the person running the repair organization, and he was extremely apologetic. He had 3 parts Fedex'ed to my house and sent out a repairman a day later. Well I had an issue and submitted a service request and was contacted by a third party ( new leaf) who did nothing. I contracted Barons through the website and they did nothing.
