We scheduled the install which was not in-expensive, and after a day the same problem persisted. They came back to look at the fridge again and then told me I need a condenser. We scheduled that service, and then after some additional due diligence they told me that I now actually need an entirely new circuit board. I subsequently had them install that, and after another day the same problem persisted. They then came again and told me I need a new seal and a part for the door. After about a week the same problem persisted. The owner was not willing to guarantee his work. He did keep sending them back to trouble-shoot the issues, however I did have to pay for the majority of the parts and labor with the exception of the last install. I spent just under $1,000 dollars and I still have a broken refrigerator. I would not recommend this company; they don't guarantee, and they rob their customers. Absolutely terrible!

My wife and I spent hours trying to get a part for our broken stove from KitchenAid then had a horrendous experience with an alternate "big box" appliance repair shop who incorrectly diagnosed the stove and was going to charge us some $500 to return and fix. Taylor diagnosed the stove in 5 minutes, fixed it in another 15 minutes and the part was $18. Initial service call was $129, which is a little higher than the going rate but it's a no frills experience - no nickle-diming, no charge to return with the part. Labor beyond an hour would have been an additional charge but it wasn't required. We are thrilled to have such a resource at our disposal. He does appliances of all kinds.
