Adam, his coworker was Just as polite, friendly and professional as he was back then. They did a phenomenal job cleaning all of our windows even the ones that other window services said that they cannot clean because of the height and they could only rinse them with the water hose I am excited that they will be coming to us on a regular basis now. Very thorough double checked their work. Made sure everything they did was cleaned up afterwards. Clear skies is definitely the business that you want for services of this type.

Once we selected them, they scheduled our replacement to start within 2 business days and had it completed 3 days later! Communication throughout the replacement was excellent, including before and after photos of the water-damaged plywood. We also asked to add the shed during the job and they were able to easily add it. Finally, everything was cleaned up each night and at the end of the job. They even replaced an older skylight for us. Monalo had earned my trust by finishing the job on time. I had contacted him through Yelp and established a friendly relationship. I even reached out to him directly on the phone. I had given him a job to repair the sidings, caulk, and paint, and asked him to work on his free time, apart from his big roofing contracts. Monalo showed up the next day to start the work. He pressure washed the siding to make it ready for repair and paint. He then asked for money to buy the material. Since we had a trusted relationship, I transferred the money to his account directly. However, Monalo started giving false promises. He promised to finish the work this weekend, then promised after promises, and dragged it on for over two months. I started to suspect his intentions and looked at past reviews about him on Yelp. I found that this guy is a habitual fraudster. When I asked about either a refund for my advance payment or finishing the work, he stopped replying to my messages and calls. Please don't give him any advance money. Otherwise, he will run away.

Although there was no 'professional answering service' I came to appreciate that I was not paying for all the 'jazz' but rather a quality roof repair or replacement. Come time for the estimate, Agron went into the attic (with the other guys did not) and wrote up an estimate for approximately $800.00. No typo there...it was a REPAIR for less than 10% of what the other guys said needed to be done. I was so impressed with the quality and honesty that came from Agron that I actually utilized them to replace my OWN roof (which was in desperate need for years). Given the weather pattern around here we were able to squeeze in the scheduling. Once we dialed in a day, the crew showed up and completely removed, replaced AND cleaned up in ONE DAY. That didn't make sense to me since my job was quite small -- and sure enough, it turned out they had me mixed up with a different customer entirely. I was pushed back to a much later date regardless. On the day of that second appointment, they contacted me shortly before the scheduled window to say the technician couldn't make it. We rescheduled a third time. This time, no call, no text, nothing -- they simply never showed up. I heard nothing for two full days. When the scheduler finally reached out, she explained that the technician had "run into issues that impacted his schedule" and claimed he'd tried calling and texting me -- except the phone number she gave me wasn't mine. The kicker? She herself had been texting me that entire time on my actual, correct number. So either the technician was given the wrong information, or the excuse just didn't hold up. Either way, nobody offered an apology or any real accountability. Three scheduled appointments, two no-shows, a mix-up with another customer, and an excuse that fell apart under basic scrutiny -- all before a single window was touched. I can't speak to Evergreen's actual work quality because I never got the chance to see it. But if reliability, communication, and basic follow-through matter to you, I'd steer clear.
