We wanted a pastry but they had ZERO. On a Saturday morning. I don't know how that's even possible. We had to drive to Publix just to get something. Disappointing. As far as customer service, there isn't much. The young lady taking orders is very nice. However she isn't the most outgoing or talkative. The other two workers don't say anything and mostly just talked between themselves. Ambiance was okay. The place is very small so not tons of places to sit. You have to complete a waiver but its super fast with the QR code. You can purchase one hour ($12 weekday) or two hour ($18 weekday) and you get a different wristband based on that. I ordered the seasonal Tuxedo Latte and it was YUM! They even had almond milk, oat milk, etc. they have donuts from Beyond Amazing Donuts - I got the classic one. Yes, the coffee is very affordable BECAUSE all the staff are volunteers. No one is getting paid and they LOVE what they do. All smiles and great service. The proceeds go to local and global missions of the church. Win, win all the way around. The place itself is very spacious. Two levels. The seating areas are comfortable and far enough apart you can have some semiprivacy if you need it. My friend who brought me says she comes here all the time to study (she's in college). All of the staff knew her by name. (love places like that) I'm not a coffee drinker so I can't really speak to the coffee (although my friend says it's pretty good).
