How would you rate a last minute cancellation fairly after the appointment was made a month ago? I confirmed twice the week of my appointment. It's holiday season, I was excited to get my hair done, and at the last minute (the day of) she cancels!?! Tried to reschedule, but did not work out... Briana is hands down the best hairstylist I've ever been too which is so unfortunate because I live in another state. She was able to make me the blondest I've ever been & her work is incredible. She is meticulous & worked on my hair all day long. Not only was she able to get me super light but she also maintained the integrity of my hair. She also gave me a great haircut!! She was easy to talk to & is one of the only stylists who truly listened to what I wanted and delivered even better than my highest expectations I'm moving to LA soon and I am more than willing to drive the 4 hours just to get my hair done by her. Briana was amazing! Easy to talk to & made me feel comfortable. I really loved the color she did on me. I'm still pretty new to the whole coloring process and haven't gotten the colors I really loved. BUT THIS I LOVE. She really knew how to work my type of hair.
