First of all, this place is so friendly. Everyone you encounter is so kind. Which makes it a great place to come sit, and have conversation. They make you feel like family. Now let's talk about skills of my stylist. They are impressive & impeccable. She also happens to be the owner which sets the whole tone for this establishment. Such a magical, and wonderful experience. Stephanie is truly an artist & amazing person. Here are my before & after.

Steph B is the absolute best!!! An amazing hair stylist and her coloring skills are stellar! She is creative and takes everything you want into your cut. She has been styling my hair for about 10 years now and I take both my teen/preteen daughters to her. She does ah-maz-ing short cuts and long cuts both. Circa is a great little salon with a friendly atmosphere. The other stylists are always smiling and conversations are positive. They are super covid cautious and schedule their clients accordingly. I cannot say enough good about Steph or her salon. You need to definitely give Circa a call and schedule yourself the best happy hair day you could ask for!

I've been coming here for years to see Nita for my vibrant color and a cut. This salon has great vibes! The staff are super nice, the music is always great and they have comfy chairs to sit in if you show up early. It's clear that everyone here is passionate about what they do. I just wanna start by saying this, everyone that works here is absolutely amazing!! They are very sweet and attentive! The salon is so pretty and full of amazing energy! My stylist was Eva and she did an amazing job on my hair! I asked for a style and color and she went beyond my expectations! I absolutely loved her service, her hospitality, and her caring nature! She takes the time to understand her clients and make sure they are happy with the work she has done! She puts the effort into your style and liking! My hair turned out so beautiful and it looks alive again! I definitely will be going back to her for all of hairstyles and haircuts! You can see what my hair looked like before and after!! read more

I've been coming here for the last few years since my hairstylist Natalie moved here from a different location. The place itself is nice enough but I really only come here for Natalie (and Trevor when Natalie was on maternity leave). Natalie is freaking amazing! She is incredibly talented when it comes to hair and even that talent is overshadowed by how nice, caring, funny, and conversational she is! I really can't say enough good things about her. Not sure how she is with women's haircuts but if she puts the same amount of effort and care that she does with my hair into a woman's cut, I'm sure it will turn out fantastic. One gripe I do have about the salon itself, is that it can get quite hot in there and I often find myself sweating under the salon cape. read more

Very bad customer service! I called to get an appointment and the person who answered the phone told me she will check with hair stylists and will call me back. I waited two days but no phone call. So I booked with another salon and got my hair cut and went back to the same person and got full highlights. I must add she did a great job and I will be referring people to her. On the other hand Circa Salon missed an opportunity for my business. read more

Hands-down, the best! From start to finish, the staff at Cirqa rocked it. My new stylist, Nita, is absolutely amazing. After I waited several months (personal issue) to have my dark brown hair growth bleached and toned back to blonde to match the rest of my hair, Nita was phenomenal in taking this on. I knew it was going to be daunting as it would be a lot of work. Conservatively, I would say I had about 40% hair growth since my last appointment with my former stylist many, many months ago. A-lot of skill, experience and patience would be needed to transfer my hair back to a blond head of hair. The job would also entail having Nita match the new blonde to the existing blonde. This is not easy to do by any means. Well, Nita did it! My hair has never looked so beautiful. Undeniably, I don't think many stylist could've handled this task as beautifully as Nita. She did it with such skill, precision, and professionalism, not to mention patience to complete the job. Nita also cut and highlighted my teenage daughter's hair. I've never seen my daughter so happy with her hair. Nita brought my daughter style and confidence. Nita took the time to discuss all options for my hair and my daughter as well. She was not in a rush to hear what I needed and what my daughter was looking for. The customer service and professionalism is unmatched. Allow me to also give a shout out to Stephanie, the owner, who runs such a warm and welcoming experience to her salon. By the time I left, I felt I was part of "the family." Do not overlook this amazing place. You will not be disappointed. read more

First time here and got a great hair cut and fade. Super friendly staff and cute decor. Good energy in there too. Saw all types of different cuts and hair coloring going on. Highly recommended if you are either looking for an off the wall cut or even curtin style, this looks like this is the place to be. Eveyone was having fun and laughing. Definitely not like the old barber shop I use to go to that made me feel very uncomfortable. Steph is amazing and energy and laugh is contagious. I do not recommend this salon at all! If you need your hair done for any type of special event, occasion or just to feel good, be prepared to be cancelled, and ignored, when trying to get back on the books. Very unprofessional and not customer satisfaction based. Very flakey! read more

This place is GREAT! Not only because of my hairstylist Nita, but also because of the other stylists. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the overall vibe in the salon is always fun and peaceful. Nita has been doing my hair for years and she always delivers! She isn't afraid of bright colors or severe cuts, as sometimes I'm just over it and want something new! She's put orange and pink in my red hair, and even had success bleaching parts of it, which is unheard of for my fine hair. She pays attention to her client's requests and she really, genuinely cares. She even cuts my husband's hair and trims his beard while I process. read more

Well, I'm not sure how long I'm supposed to be waiting for this call back, but a month is a little long for me. I would much rather give my business to someone that actually wants to work. read more

I have been going to Erin B. for many years. She has a talent for hair. From going blonde to dark, Erin has done an amazing job! She knows what colors are best, and I have enough trust in her to pick the best colors for me. I just got my first Keratin (sp) treatment, and I LOVE it! My favorite hair stylist and sweetest gal is absolutely Renee- my hair was incredibly damaged from self-bleaching and my thin hair couldn't handle it. I literally had quarter-sized patches of broken hair. I asked Renee to give me a slightly asymmetrical Bob, she dyed my ends to start matching up with my roots, and she also did a deep conditioning treatment. It looked so amazing, really suited my face, and you could not find the broken patches anymore! I looked normal again. She's also super fun to talk to. Could not recommend her enough. read more

First of as some others say the phone system and setting up a 1st appointment was quite cumbersome. With that been said on to the visit. The visit was good Brandon cut my hair and will say he did a good job. I did like the hair cut minus the small fact he did no listen to me about my cow lick. I might not be right be it feels like Brandon is newer to the game the other stylist there. He cut my hair the way I wanted and when got to the lick it was to short causing it to kind look a little off unless I paste it down. Not my style. I think this kid a good stylist and with a little practice, and normal hair prob will be great. I just have very problematic hair if you are not used to a cow lick and a crown issue. I will more than likely go back here and give this place another shot. read more

This was not a simple "I put my hair in a pony tail and didn't like it." You charged me $500 to destroy my hair and I've had to have it redone twice to move away from the brassy mess you left my hair. NOW after having spent another $1,000 on my hair it's how I would like it to be. You're not the stylist you think you are. You should truly be ashamed. I could easily take this to small claims but I'd rather call it a loss and hopefully you improve your skills and don't do this to anyone else. Alsssooooo....the tone and demeanor you've had towards this issue that anyone can read in your reply is that it's MY FAULT and you just did what I requested....Nope, this is nothing close to what I wanted. And you leaving the salon in the middle of a service to go to your house and feed your kids is unprofessional. Take a look at the photos and let me know if anyone asking for a naturally blended balayage with a neutral blonde would be happy with this. Absolutely no one is shaming you for being a working mom. I'm sorry you took offense to that. However, leaving the salon while a client is processing is unprofessional. Using your kids as an excuse for unprofessional conduct isn't okay. I've been a working mom for 16 years. In addition I know you attempted to jab at me by saying "bouncing around stylists" and that isn't the scenario here. Since getting my hair done by you I was able to find someone highly skilled that could tackle the work you did. I'm thankful for that and for her patience. I wouldn't have even posted this review however your system sent me a text alerted me on how to book my next appointment and I found it funny. You should have taken me off your client list but I can't be surprised at your lack of attention to detail as it seems to be a pattern. If anything I said had no merit then you wouldn't be offended. ****ALSO you will never admit to your greed and lack of skill and that's okay. Unfortunately this will probably happen again with another client but hopefully next time you don't let your ego get the best of you. Also, maybe communication is a skill you should aim to improve on. I mentioned I COULD take you to small claims but honestly I rather just take the loss. So when you say "you can take me to small claims if you want." Girl, of course I can. But if you would listen instead of hearing what you want to hear it's not worth it for me. Attention to detail and communication is taught through accountability and self reflection in case you were unsure where to start. And just to be clear girly pop, I ALWAYS wanted a well blended neutral blonde balayage. Nothing about this ever changed. I know WHAT YOU SAY you're an expert in and that's why I went to you. When I chose the girl who did my hair after you I put much more effort, time and research into making sure I could protect the integrity of my hair the best I could and find someone who could do what I wanted. You don't offend me when you mention you could have gotten me there for less. It's a silly thing to say. You should have gotten me there for $500. I can and will make more money. We would do a double bleach process, using olaplex to protect from breakage, no heat, followed by a 1:1 ratio of Matrix SPV toner and clear to get a white hair streak (think Sabrina Carpenter blonde). Out of the blue she decides to do a career change and now I'm on the hunt for a new hair stylist. Every stylist I would sit with, I'd tell them the process and products and they would agree to the service. Every time the day of our appointment came around, without fail they would say, "I'm not doing a double process I need to protect the integrity of your hair" and every single time I would leave the salon with dark yellow banding and gray toner in an attempt to cool it down and hide it. My dark Latina hair is stubborn af so a double process was always necessary. They also would use heat, something I did not want to use, with one stylist breaking my hair so bad that I had about 1 inch of hair sticking up on the front of my hair. I went 4 months slicking it down into a bun or hiding it under hairbands. I had soo many consultations (one guy was late an hour and a half to our consultation which pmo) trying to get someone to listen to me and just do what I was asking. Now let me tell you about Casie at Salon Rose. She not only listened, she delivered. Every time I asked to try a different toner combo (since they didnt use the Matrix brand) she was down for. She NEVER argued with me, talked down to me about a process I used on my hair for 2+ years, she was ALWAYS down to try new toners, and delivered on that second process (using my k18 of course to avoid breakage). On top of that, she makes the effort to talk to her boss/coworkers for advice to help me get where I wanted to be. And I respect that because she wasn't pretending like she always had the answers, and made sure I went home with what I asked for. Plus it was great seeing the teamwork environment of the salon. The biggest takeaway from my experience here is, not only do I get what I'm asking for, but I'm being listened to and validated. Having reached out to and spoke to about 8 stylists before coming here, it is such a relief finally being in a place where I'm validated. I selected a full head of highlights through their online booking system. When I arrived, I was informed that at this salon a "full head" consists of only 30 foils total. At the end of the consultation, Maya explained that if I wanted fuller blonde coverage, I should have booked a separate "Full Blonding" appointment instead. To be clear, I do not mind paying for quality work or premium pricing. The issue is not the cost -- it is calling 30 foils a "full head" of highlights. I have been getting highlights for years and have never encountered a salon that defines 30 foils as full coverage, especially for medium to thick hair. That number is typically considered a partial highlight at most salons. Because I was genuinely confused, I had my assistant contact 10 other salons in the Las Vegas and Henderson area to ask how they define a full head of highlights. Not one defined a full head as 30 foils. The consistent response was that 30 foils would be considered partial highlights, and a true full head involves significantly more coverage. I do want to note that the stylist who was scheduled to perform my service was not rude. However, the interaction became uncomfortable when another staff member spoke loudly about the situation in front of her own client. That felt unprofessional. The salon itself has a very neon pink, basic interior. It is not a luxury salon environment, which made the pricing structure and upsell approach feel even more surprising. What adds to the confusion is that while "Full Blonding" is listed as an option in their booking system, there is no description explaining how it differs from "Full Highlights." There is no breakdown of foil count or coverage level, so a client has no way of understanding that 30 foils is what they consider "full." If a salon chooses to structure services differently, that is completely fine -- but it should be clearly explained at booking. Clients selecting "Full Highlights" reasonably expect full coverage. I would strongly recommend clarifying foil count and service differences before scheduling here.

Lisa Jacob at Circa has been doing my hair since 2007. She does the best haircut and color that I've ever had! Plus, she is s great person, and I always enjoy catching up with her. I have referred multiple friends and my grandma to Lisa, and they've all ended up being her clients, too. I used to live just up the street from Circa, which is located in Henderson. I moved about a year ago, but I still drive over 40 miles round trip every month just to have Lisa do my hair. And I would drive a lot further if I had to! I would never risk going with someone else. I saw Stephanie today and she took my vision of my hair and brought it to life! Stephanie, the owner of Circa was referred to me by the prior owner-Kim. I went to Kim for years until she retired. Carissa has been doing my hair for about 2 years and I'll never go to anyone else now! She listened to what I wanted, and it came out even better than I could have expected. She also fixed my hair when I completely botched it when I went red. And as someone with long hair, I hate it when hairstylists cut off all my hair after I ask for a trim. But Carissa has found a way to give me a good trim and my hair doesn't even look any shorter! All of the stylists here are super experienced. The salon itself is decorated great and has a large selection of hair products. They carry the entire line of bumble and bumble products.
