If I could give these apartments no stars I would. The apartments are in horrible shape. They are not updated and not at all what you view when moving in. Nothing in the apartment works from the washer/dryer to the dishwasher. Maintenance comes, but doesn't fix anything. There is garbage piling up in the basement. The outer door gets broken in and they barely fix it. It gaps open. The kitchen shelfs sag. The intercom has never worked. There are scratches in the wood floors. In the bathroom they used 4 different color grouting and it looks absolutely terrible. You can hear your neighbors quite clearly. It is awfully expensive for what you get and they charge you a small fortune when you are moving out. No matter how much you try to communicate with them. And they can be very rude. My apartment was encased in spider webs and crawling with spiders when I moved in. They cleared the webs after a couple months of me complaining. I couldn't open a window. But they didn't stay cleared. The place is once again getting fully encased. Oh and don't get me started on the basement and storage area. Really, there are so many other choices for renting. I have so many regrets for choosing this apartment. It has been a long year. This has been the worst place I have ever lived and that is saying something. read more

Maintenance sucks I had to submit 3 tickets to have a smoke alarm replaces that would go off on a regular basis 1st thing in the AM. now the one in the common hallway is chirping, 1 day after a supposedly inspection of all fire extinguishers & smoke alarms in our building. I have submitted tickets for adding a larger or 2nd dumpster, due to the inadequate overflowing on a regular basis. I have also asked several times for major pot holes in the parking area to be filled or repaved, have asked for something to be done about the birds in the tree that shit all over my truck, ( there are not enough parking, to just park elsewhere. I currently have a ticket in for 3 days for my bathtub that does not drain & never has drained very well. The light was flashing in the hallway, they closed the ticket, because they just unscrewed the bulb rather than replacing it. Meanwhile the rent just went up substantially! my neighbors who have lived there for years, say that the maintenance is the worst it has ever been. I still live there because it is 4 minutes from my current work location, I would certainly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

After living in this apartment complex for over seven years, I'm incredibly disappointed with how I was recently treated by the administrative office, specifically by a staff member named Monica. I came in hoping to speak with someone about the possibility of ending my lease just two weeks early due to an unexpected family situation. I fully understand that I signed a lease and wasn't expecting special treatment--just the courtesy of a conversation. Unfortunately, Monica barely opened her office door for me. She didn't invite me in, didn't ask me to sit down, didn't even greet me with a smile. Her tone was cold and dismissive--she cut me off with "not gonna happen, you signed a lease" before I could even explain my situation. I wasn't expecting a yes, but I was expecting to be heard and treated with some basic human decency. What's most frustrating is the contrast between the friendly faces in the leasing office when you're moving in and the cold, unwelcoming attitude in the administration office when you need help or support. I've referred multiple friends to this apartment complex, but that will definitely stop moving forward. After seven years here, that interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth. Residents deserve to be treated with respect--even when the answer is no. read more

I really just don't like living here. I swear I'm calling maintenance every other week because something is broken (maintenance people are really lovely i don't blame them at all- very quick too) and the insulation in the apartments are non-existent, it got to the point where my roommate and i needed heaters in our rooms cause it was only ever warm-ish in the living room; my room was a consistent 55-60degrees every day when it was winter... trust me it was so dang cold. The floors to the apartments are also really creaky, so i wouldn't recommend being on the first floor, Im the upstairs neighbor so i don't deal with it but i can just tell it's loud down there, every time i walk and it creaks. There is only one washer and one dryer in the common area when i can promise you they have enough money to purchase more with all the fees they charge... they are pretty gross machines and break down often too; when I have called before about a broken washing machine (keep in mind this is not in unit, it is the shared machine in the apartment building) somerset says it's a completely different company so I had to go out of my way to call that company to fix a washing machine that i don't even own or have in my apartment?? Why did i have to find a way to fix the stupid thing?? Also, should mention the management loves to charge unheard of fees. They charge a $9 dollar monthly online conservice fee that i HAVE to pay online so there is no way to avoid that fee and a $125 dollar move out fee- HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF A MOVE OUT FEE?? Like why charge me because I'm moving out... The other renters aren't the best either, especially when it comes to the parking lots, they will park literally everywhere but the parking spots and have no repercussions for doing it- driving in and out of the lots is a mess. Fucked up management! ZERO STAR apartment. Our cars are under the water, Somerset people said it's city's problem, they can't do anything. This is not the first time same thing happened. Renters beware. This lease is designed to make you not want to read it and its designed to screw you over if something goes wrong. We put our security deposit down and were given the lease and were told to return it in two days. Luckily we were able to have a lawyer look at it before we signed and we're extremely thankful we did. First, they throw additional fees in there that were never mentioned before. BTW, they require renters insurance and the first time they mentioned that was in the lease! Additional monthly garbage and pest control fees on top of zero utilities being covered by the complex were all news to us until we got the lease as well. The final straw for us was the clause that stated they could enter your apartment at any time for any reason, without giving the tenant any warning. I can understand this in case of emergencies and you're not home and water is gushing into the apartment below you or something like that, but the wording of this was so vague that our lawyer had us inquire if we could add some clarifying phrasing in there and we were told "no, the lease is standard and can't be edited". The unit we chose was nice enough, but the lease made us run. Be careful and READ THE LEASE before you sign anything. read more

Buckle Up, it has been a crazy couple of months. We moved into these apartments on April 30th of this year, after filling out the Move in Evaluation Form we began having problems. On May 22nd we began to notice that our apartment was way too hot, even when we ran the air conditioning it was always over 79 Degrees, even in the middle of the night. On May 25th we notified the apartment complex of the issue and they sent someone out to check. We were notified that the air conditioning unit outside was destroyed by a gopher who had dug through the unit. They said it would need to be replaced, then they left. The next few days were all in the 90 Degree range without any air conditioning. May 27th we called the office again and were told that it would be fixed on the 28th. We were told that the damage was our fault for not checking the unit out when we filed the Move in Evaluation Form. The air conditioners are in groups a few feet from the outer walls of the building and not labeled with the apartment numbers. Additionally, they are not listed on the Evaluation Form at all. We did not have a functioning air conditioner until May 30th. Next came the rodent issues. On July 9th we found that something had gotten into our breadbox and eaten through multiple packages of bread. We immediately notified the apartment complex, they didn't respond until the following day. We found a note taped to our door telling us that nobody would be coming to check out the problem until July 14th and: "If you do not know what type of pest you have, please save a sample in a zip-lock type bag for [the exterminators] to identify. Please leave on the kitchen counter..." We were horrified, but we set a trap and kept a dead mouse multiple days for them. The exterminator that came in on the 14th left additional traps just in case. August 5th we realized that both traps that were left had caught mice, we notified the complex immediately and on August 6th they were removed and new traps were set. That evening we heard one of the traps go off again and immediately contacted the office once more. We asked for the full trap to be removed, and if the apartment would be doing anything more than placing traps for the infestation. August 7th we found a note again notifying us that they would not be coming to take care of the pests again until the 11th. We tried calling the office, maintenance, and the emergency maintenance but nobody answered any of the phones, so we left messages on each. They expect us to live with a dead animal in our home for four days! Although these apartments seem nice, the office will not take any responsibility for the problems happening in their buildings. I was told by a staff member that the apartment complex was not at fault, he also expressed that "we [Somerset Apartments] are not negligent". What a joke! read more

We had a cockroach infestation from the downstairs neighbor that wasn't fully remediated until 4 months later. Keeps getting worse. Each month I get a receipt for my rent. Each month Iog into the online ledger, and it says my rent has not been applied and I have a late fee. I then have to call the office and provide my receipt to have the late fee removed. The first time this occurred, we found out because we received a "Notice To Quit" on a Friday evening. Stating that we had not paid our rent (that we had a receipt for). When we did resolve with the office, there were no apologies and the burden was on us to take off work and SHOW THEM the receipts they gave us (they wouldn't look it up in their system). Another time, despite the rent being paid ON TIME (with receipt) they marked as paid 8 days late. So if someone pulls my rental history, it look like we pay late. I asked the office to fix this, since our rent was not late, and we were told there was nothing they can do. THIS HAS TO BE A LANDLORD VIOLATION. There is NO WAY an apartment can falsely report rental payment dates to an agency. We've never received an apology for the rent being applied incorrectly AND last month they tried to not accept our rent check because we refuse to make it out to Troy Mgmt Company (our lease says Somerset, so we issue to Somerset). ******** Just checked my online rental account and I was charged $150 for a pool fee that is NOT LISTED IN MY LEASE. 100% NOT IN THE LEASE. The maintenance department is just terrible; in spite of complaining multiple times about my Air conditioning not working no body shows up in the unit to check if it's working or not; they just hang a note outside my door saying AC inspected and if I call them back they are not even bothered to respond! It's 87 inside my apartment with no sign of a working air conditioning. It's my 4th service request to them and I am thinking the result is going to be the same. They are really nice, and readily available, right up until you sign your lease. I will say that maintenance was great, but snow removal terrible. They are pet friendly but get used to loud barking dogs and don't expect to ever get a live person on the phone, or a timely call back. I lived on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I ended up having major back issues, and several procedures, to relieve the pain. I asked, in writing, for an alternate living space on the 1st floor or an exemption from penalty fees for breaking my lease because I was no longer physically able to live on the 3rd floor. I provided my medical records from my surgeon. I cited the Fair Housing Act. I could not get a response from these people. They are shady as hell and only interested in the money that goes in their pocket. People do not matter. They have now placed a nice balance on my credit report. I've sought an attorney and will be seeking recourse but their lack of professionalism and availability and communication is not excusable. Lived in a one bedroom for 3 years and loved it! Upgraded floors and appliances with washer and dryer in unit. Nice size balcony that was so relaxing to start my mornings on. Great management of property! Very responsive to any issues or concerns, regardless of day or time! A little bit pricier, but amazing complex that is landscaped beautifully and I've never felt more safe in a complex! Close to many places and I75. One downside was amenities such as gym/pool are a little outdated and could stand to be upgraded. read more

I really liked the area, though I didn't love how it was hard to find parking after 5 PM, when everyone got home from work, unless you rented a covered space. DO NOT RENT FROM SOMERSET. I am a 30 year old college graduate who, compared to many folks out there in the world, is pretty normal. I don't complain too much and for the most part, just "go with the flow." I am not unreasonable but I do expect certain things from my place of residence where I am giving a hefty sum to live once a month. I have been a resident in this apartment complex for 3 years and having to do it all over again, I would 150% choose somewhere else to live. Five main issues I have with this complex: 1.) False advertising / promises: Upon renting from Somerset, they told me my rent WOULD NOT BE RAISED. I guess I should have received that statement in writing because I received a letter in the mail from Terry, the complex manager, saying they were raising my rent. After two attempts to get my rent back to where it was when I started (both letters had to be written correspondence), she wrote back a rude, nasty letter letting me know that I should be so lucky to have had such a good deal all this time. 2.) The basement floods - SEVERELY. I was doing laundry last spring during a down pour and when I went to go switch the clothes from the washer to the dryer, there was about 3 inches of water in the basement. This is NO exaggeration. I had to put on rain boots to wade through the water. My boyfriend can attest to this. Furthermore, the water was not normal rain water - it was brown in color and disgusting. I'm pretty sure there is black mold growing in the basement as well, where the storage lockers are. Their solution? Put a bunch of fans down there. It took almost 3 weeks to dry completely and the smell of mold and mildew stuck around for months. 3.) The apartments are old. They seem okay at first, but they are out-dated and for the price, I'd be asking for new carpet, cabinets and new appliances. 4.) Maintenance is HORRIBLE. I was having issues with our dishwasher (that is the smallest thing I have ever seen and is from 1936) so I called and left a message for someone to come take a look at it since it was leaking water all over our kitchen. Since NO ONE ever answers the maintenance phone, I had to leave a message as usual that no one had called me back. This was a week later! I have had this problem 3 times since then and no one can seem to get it together. The maintenance man FINALLY came (after claiming it wasn't an emergency) and showed me the log. The log actually had written when they came the last time "They put dish soap instead of dishwasher detergent in the dishwasher." What kind of moron would do something like that? Furthermore, when they come to do repairs, you have to leave your deadbolt unlocked. Yeah, that's right. Strangers coming into your apartment to fix repairs. They could steal whatever they wanted, make a mess of your place and leave without a trace. So when I read that on the log, I started laughing. HYSERICALLY. Now, I'm a pretty smart girl and my man is a pretty smart guy. We have detergent SPECIFICALLY for the dishwasher - who doesn't!?!??! So, I ask you....what kind of moron do they have working here that would write such an out and out lie?! Unreal. 5.) The pool - too many kids at the adult pool, unsupervised. Even though it's an "adult" pool, teens still think they can come and hang out. WRONG. There are 5 pools in this complex: 2 adult pools and 3 kiddie pools. GO HANG OUT AT THE KIDDIE POOLS AND LEAVE THE ADULTS ALONE!!!!! All in all, it has been the WORST experience living here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Almost 2 years living here. maintenance/staff is fantastic, amenities are great with the new pickleball courts coming. However and to be frank, our rent is going up to $1927/month on the Somerset LX (1250sqft 3bed,2bth) which is a $19 increase from last year? The current macro trends from our last renewal has been a significant downshift. In fact, the Townley 1800 sqft 3 bed, 2bth with covered parking and a golf view patio and private entrance is going for $1826/month. Additionally, the Somerset lx and Clarendon all 3 bed, 2bth just rented in the $1500's per month. After speaking with management, they simple conveyed that pricing is coming from the owners of Somerset Park apartments and dictates their own price point (contradicting market fluctuation) ...how sad and horrific. So if you're moving into Somerset, you'll get a good deal....if you stay long term you will most likely get financially hurt..fyi out there! read more

Horrible, avoid at ALL costs. So, some backstory. I have been living in the UK for the past few years, but am originally from Detroit. During the holidays and Uni breaks, I would of course come home and stay with my mum who was living in Troy. We moved from a house in Troy that was too big for just the two of us(When I'm in town) to the Somerset Park apartments whilst we looked for a ranch on one floor. We had just moved into the apartments literally 5 hours before and were due to close on the sale of our house later that very same day, when our ATT cable technician who was installing internet and tv caused a fire in the apartment complex that ended up displacing everyone in the unit: https://www.candgnews.com/news/fire-displaces-families-from-troy-apartments%C2%A0-106095 Now, obviously Somerset were not at fault for this event, ATT are and we are currently in the process of a lawsuit against them. However, what is utterly shocking and disappointing is how we were subsequently treated by the apartment's management. The first few days and weeks they were extremely kind and helpful with us getting things out of there that we needed and that had survived the water damage. But, after a couple visits to the apartment, they began growing increasingly unfriendly. Eventually my mother called O'Sullivan's moving company to just move all of the things out of there that we needed/could salvage. She got to the building one day and called the head of maintenance to come open the door. He told her that he would not be able to do that as he had been instructed by the management to not allow anyone in there until an asbestos abatement had taken place and the building was deemed safe to enter. Fair play, obviously if it is unsafe no one wants to go in there. So we waited, and waited and waited. January turns to the end of February and beginning of march and still nothing from the complex. They stopped returning our calls. Eventually my mum just decided to go to troy police and tell them we were being forbidden from getting our own things. After we threatened the management with that, they told us it would not be necessary and that in reality they were waiting on their legal process with ATT to go thru and then they would do the abatement. Once again, fair enough, although they should have told us that from the beginning. A few more weeks go by, still nothing. We are entering the middle of March now. My mother continues to visit the office weekly and ask about us getting in there to get our things, "the state still hasn't done the abatement" etc was there go to excuse. I go back to Uni to sit my exams. Get back in May, still nothing. At this point we decide to seek legal help. Our attorney writes to the complex and they start to act as if they have been trying to let us get our things for months which was obivously not the case as we'd gone up there several times to get our things and were told we could not enter, even after hiring a moving company. So, enter July.. The apartment complex's legal team sends our attorney and us a letter basically saying that they're dumping our shit out on 1 August and that they've given us ample time to get our things out, etc. They told us they would give us 10,000 USD to remove our things by the end of the week. Now, this was sketchy for a variety of reasons. 1: If you have done nothing wrong and have no blame, why would you give someone 10 grand to move their own things? Unless you know that it's not safe to enter that apartment and want to remove all possible future blame. My mother had made it known to them that she was a breast cancer survivor with a weakened immune system, They also had no problem letting us in the apartment for 2 weeks after the fire during which time, who knows what we could have been exposed to. Anyway, we missed that deadline as we were in Dubai/Kenya during that period of time and could not do it. Our lawyer asked for an extension on that offer as we didn't even receive it in the post until 2 days before the week was over and were out of the country. They denied it and said that they were not being unfair or "victimising" us. They claimed that they had been trying to get us to remove our things since January, which once again was a lie as my mother had been calling the state of Michigan for months asking about the asbestos abatement, to which the state replied they had received no request for one to be completed on behalf of Somerset Park. We had also even threatened to go to Troy police on them, that visit would also be on videocamera as it took place in the building's leasing office. Things get even weirder when you research the apartment complex and see that they have had 5-6 similar fires during similar times of the year. Lest we forget that a woman was murdered there a few years back by a janitor who worked for the complex. In conclusion, avoid this place. May look nice because of its location to the shopping centre, troy schools, etc. but it's shite. read more

I toured a renovated model unit. The cigarette smell of the unit was overwhelmingly disgusting, and I'm a long time smoker. If this is the unit they're using for sales, I can't imagine how gross the others are. You won't find out until you make a deposit, because they do not show real units. On top of this, the salesperson/agent was rude. As we entered the model unit, I glanced around the room for a few moments. The agent impatiently uttered "excuse me!" to point out paint on a wall. I suppose they had a strict agenda for the tour, so I would like to extend my apology to this working professional (who shall remain unnamed). I had the audacity to glance around for 5 seconds; it was wrong, and I'm sorry. Icing on the cake is that they quoted prices which did not match listings on various sites. I literally pulled out my phone, showed them the listing for the exact unit along with the price. Their response - no, the price is X. This is a horrible place to stay with a higher dollar rent attached to it. The grounds are trashed. Many of the residents children are out of control and without supervision. So your vehicle insurance better be up to par. Instead of management addressing issues, they rather dig to find something on you. It appears their more concerned with getting you in the door and trapping you in a rental agreement. LOOK ELSEWHERE. While I highly recommend the apartment units themselves, the staff at Somerset Park Apartments is very unprofessional and unapproachable. The staff is rude to tenants as well as the leasing process was a headache, as constant misinformation was being relayed via different leasing agents as well as the leasing manager. I was hopeful these problems would resolve once moved in, but I have found the administration staff to be just as difficult to work with over the past year I have lived here. I would not recommend moving here due to the numerous interactions I have encountered with staff. I absolutely love the City of Troy! However, the Somerset Apartments gives this area a bad reputation. I am not sure where this new current management is from but they don't fit in such a great city, where business is conducted honorably. This management is as corrupt in that they are financially exploiting many tenants. This management is actually sending tenants to court inspite of them paying their rent in full. They are adding an extra $200 to your rent every time they file in court "supposedly." They may send documents saying they filed in court but they haven't. They are actually just adding $200 court fees without going to court. This has been an ongoing problem with many tenants. They are not keeping their accounting books up. They are nickling and dining the tenants with unexplained and absorbent fees especially at the end of the year. Make sure you keep all your receipts and always communicate by email with this corrupt Management. The other issue is that the Maintenance and/or Leasing Office is coming into the tenants home without notice. This is happening during working hours. In several occasions, they have left my door unlocked and/or accidentally dropped an item on the floor. This has been an ongoing issue since my entire tenancy. It's creepy and illegal for anyone to enter a tenants' apartment without notice. I'm not sure what they are looking for but they are definitely entering apartments without following their own policies. If you live here, I highly recommend a home security system. When I realized that this new Management was corrupt, I quickly paid the lease off and left fast. Again, I absolutely love Troy. I'm not sure where this current Management is from. Based on the level of corruption I noticed, I'm guessing they may be from the inner city, possibly Detroit. I'm going on record to say, they don't belong here. I been living in these apartments past 4 years and one of the worst management to deal with. They basically don't care much with the maintenance requests you put in. You will have to keep on calling the leasing office to get things done. In the past couple months several thefts, some one keeps stealing car tires and when called, the management we keep getting rude responses .. we have to keep on calling cops but the management provides no assurance on securing the perimeter or the community. I have seen about 4 thefts happening in the past couple months. There is security patrolling but useless I think only one vehicle for the entire community. How idiotic is that......... I am thinking of moving out of these apartments.. and i strongly would not recommend staying. Other than location there isn't much that need to be considered to stay in these apartments. read more

Here's an honest review of Somerset Park Apartment in Troy, MI. I've been living in States for 17+ years and lived in 9 different states (always apartments) before moving to Michigan. I lived in Somerset for little over 2 years before getting the hell out of there! Needless to say, I have experience with multiple different property management companies before residing in Somerset. Point is, I have a very good reference baseline of what to expect! I will summarize Pros and Cons of living in this apartment (really comes down to only 1 pro and 999 cons)!! Pros: Good school district and location. Cons: (gear up for long list of reasons why you DON'T want to stay here) 1) In totality, you'll be paying more $$$ here than any other apartments in entire Michigan. 2) You'll be treated like sh** specially from Administration office which deals with everything (other than initial lease). Heads up - they don't listen to you and some of the staff treats you like an animal. I don't know anyone who had a positive response with Administration office of Somerset Park. 3) They charge you $75-$100 if you are locked out and need to get inside your apartment even if you're a resident there (when I signed the lease, they told me that if it's 1st time, they will not charge. The person that told me is no longer with company). 4) Even if you're on auto payment, if your auto pay doesn't kick-in on time for whatever the reason, you'll be charged $50 late payment penalty just because your auto payment cleared a day later! When you go and inquire, they won't listen to you!! Talking to Somerset Administration office staff is equivalent to talking to a WALL! I'm saying this based on multiple experiences over 2+ years living there. IF YOU CARE ABOUT DIGNITY AND SELF RESPECT AND DON'T WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE ANIMAL, YOU DO NOT WANT TO STAY IN SOMERSET PARK. I GUARANTEE THAT YOU'LL REGRET. 5) You can't downgrade an apartment if you rent is too high and you want a smaller apartment. No flexibility in lease. You'll find a huge discrepancy in rents from one apartment to the other with same size. I've seen rent gaps of as much as $400 between 2 apartments that are right next to each other and both were 2 bedroom - 1 bath. 6) If you add anyone to the lease after you move in, that's additional $130 fees they will charge you!! 7) When we moved out of the apartment, we thoroughly cleaned and got carpet shampooed professionally. We spent close to $100 out of our pocket to clean so that we can get our deposit back. They still charged us 50% of our deposit including a mandatory $125 charge for inspection and cleaning. They said they charge everyone $125 no matter what. The way these guys have set rules & regulations for charges, it's pretty close to HIGHWAY ROBBERY! And, they have been getting away with it! Wanted to rent at Somerset Apartments and spoke to April in the leasing office. Haven't spoken to a more condescending individual in my life. I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment and she said 1 bedroom was $875 for a year lease, $975 for 6 months lease and $1375 for a 3 month lease and when I was taking time letting the whole thing sink in, she said sarcastically that once the apartment is available it will be gone in a day. Well, good for your April. If this is how you speak to people who haven't rented with you yet, I shudder to think how you behave with current renters. Ive lived here before. Wonderful place. Response to complaints fast and complete. I loved my building. Im moving back and the apts have been refurbished. Beautiful. The leasing office was extremly helpful. Kristen and Diana went through hoops to get me what i wanted. No comparison to other leasing offices ive visted. The GHETTO of Somerset! These places need to be condemned. After reading other negative reviews I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe the post were negative because there were African American staff members. Yesterday I started off my tour of the apartments with this one being my last visit. I was greeted outside the door unlike other places by not one representative but two that acted as a security guard. I did not feel welcomed! It was kinda like "What do you want". This was very different from the welcoming safe environments and staff I had just left while visiting other properties. While standing outside I was them handed a ripped off sheet of paper with a list of available apartments to visit via a lock box code. The agent didn't even take the time to listen that I was only looking for 1st floor units due to my disability, I was obviously standing outside on a walker. I went to the two 1st floor units. Upon arriving at one, there was no lock box on the door and the other door was not accessible for me to get into. The next apartment I have no idea what it looked like on the inside because I did not go in the building due to the deplorable condition. The lock box was on this unit with the door unlocked. When we opened the door the walls were dirty like they had not been painted in years and the pink carpet from the 70's had turned gray due to the dirt and filth. Absolutely disgusting!! WE DID NOT ENTER! Not only is Covid lingering but I am also a Covid Survivor hence the disability! I have lived in the most inner parts of multiple cities. This is the Ghetto and I pray that those living there get out and DEMAND CHANGE! The grounds were also not well kept outside of the grass being cut. One of worst management ...I drove 50 miles to visit the place and take the place.. they wanted me take appointment and sent me away. I requested they said get away.. Dont even think of moving to this apartments. There are very rude. This place is horrible read more

Money making machine. Stay away if you ever want to see your deposit back. I cleaned the apartment spotless and they still charged "turn over fee" which they sneaked in the contract (and doubled over just 2 years) without notifying me. They charge $65 for someone to drive 2 minutes and open the door with a key if you locked yourself out (once in 2 years!). Not an honest business model. read more
