This is for the Mission Viejo one since the San Clemente one closed!!!…read more Which was where I thought I was calling. Unprofessional and disorganized!!! I brought my computer here a couple of months ago. I drop my laptop off on a Wednesday afternoon. I walk in and its a little busy. Good sign. I wait a couple minutes and I'm finally greeted by a young guy(not the owner). He says it would be another minute. This man walks in and starts asking about some gadget he had heard that they made there. So the young guy starts talking with him. Shows him the gadget. 10 minutes later he comes back to help me... Isn't there an unwritten rule for first come first serve for your customers??? The guy didn't even buy anything. I start explaining the problem I'm having. He thinks it's the back light. I tell him it doesn't work even when it's plug into a tv with HDMI. So he says it could be the motherboard but they would do a dialogistic. So he plugs in my laptop with my cord and looks at it for few minutes. Then has a girl give me a claim slip while saying they will give me call within 3 days. I leave. The Following Wednesday (Full 7days later) I call and leave a message Just asking for an update since I had heard anything form them. Call again on Thursday (day 8) speak with a girl who tells me the tech wasn't in but he would give me call. So Friday (day 9) I call again no answer, left another message. Saturday (day 10) I call again! Finally I get a hold of the tech. He tells me he as already called and talk with me. Why would I have called you everyday for the past for 4 days if I had talked with you? I ask what my options are. And again he says "we've already talked about this and that I had told him to back up the pictures and documents" now I'm Restating sir you haven't talked to me. But I ask "if that's what you can do, how much more will this cost?" He says he doesn't know and would have to call me back. :/ No call back! AGAIN! On Tuesday a full 13 days after drop off I just go in. I wait about 10 mins and am finally helped. The tech comes out (also happens to be the owner). In a rather rude and annoyed tone he Again tells me he called me and I told him to back it up but I then called back saying not to... When I just wanted to know how much it extra it would be. After debating this again in person I'm fed up and over being treated like idiot. I just want to pay for dialogistic and be done. They get me rung up and I have my laptop in hand and realize I was not given my cord. So ask about it. The owner rudely say he has a universal cord and doesn't take cords. Ok that's a great policy if only your guy had told me that two weeks ago when I left it here with my laptop. My laptop was dead so I decided whatever I didn't need anyways. So I left. Thursday I get a text message saying they had found my cord and that I can come get it. I went in Friday and they apologize saying the slip had been torn off the cord. I'm not giving 1 star because they did find my cord.

I didn't just fall off a turnip truck so I walked away. Turns out this gentleman plugged it into a quality charger and voila it is charging. Regardless the cost would have been reasonable and I was also asking about my older iPad and getting a battery and the price was very competitive. I heard them quoting other prices for repairs and none of them sounded outrageous. Also, no pressure. So. Even though I didn't need them to do work for me (I of course bought a new charger from them) I would definitely go back just based on customer service alone . Now about a review for the Apple Store....

I took my phone in to get a battery replacement and a screen protector. Took about 10 minutes before anyone came to the front so looking back I should have walked out the door but I was patient so I waited for someone to get to the front desk to help me. He said it would be a 2 hour wait for my battery to be replaced, fine no problem. Came back and the phone wasn't ready yet so I waited a few more minutes. They gave me a "brand new" battery (so I was told) yet when I got the phone back, the battery was only at 3%. Kinda fishy right? He then charged the phone while putting on the screen protector (which took 20 minutes for a 5 minute task). However, when I got the phone back, the screen protector had moisture between the screen and protector. It kept spreading condensation which gives it a foggy look. He kept trying to make it go away but couldn't so he said to come back tomorrow if it didnt disappear. Not only did it not go away, but the new battery i got at 3% drains as fast as the original one like they never replaced it but told me they did. Came in next day, and spoke with the store manager. He couldn't prove i recieved a new battery and blamed the problem on my phone saying my phone must drain batteries more then normal like im stupid and don't know how a new battery should perform. He took the phone out to the back for a few minutes to replace the screen protector and came back stating he put on a new one but it's having the same issue in the exact same spot and said it was because my phone was warped so no screen protector will work. I know he didn't replace the screen protector and it's my suspicion they never replaced the battery. Either way, they took about $150 and I'm left with a battery that performs the same and a foggy screen protector. If you decide to take your electronics here, don't say I didn't warn you. The communication is terrible. The wait is long. They didn't fix any of my issues. They blamed both issues on my phone and didn't take responsibility or had the capability of making it right and fixing the problems. The experience was insulting, a total rip off, and a complete waste of my time and money. Buyer Beware!!

You don't review it. It's like reviewing oxygen. But then I found this Target--in San Juan Capistrano--sitting there with terrible ratings like it owed people money. So I got curious. I went in. Huge mistake. It's not just that it's small. Small can be charming. Parisian cafés are small. Tokyo apartments are small. This place is just... small yet at the same time sparse. But size aside, the real problem is it doesn't feel like a Target. You could beam me into any other Target in America and I'd know where I was--somewhere between the greeting cards and frozen waffles. But here? No. You could've told me I was in an off-brand CVS or a Soviet-era department store and I'd believe you. The layout is chaos. The shelves are half-stocked like they're waiting for the apocalypse. And the vibe? Confused. Like even the building doesn't know it's a Target. I saw people complaining about the staff, but honestly, I was too busy trying to find the shampoo aisle to form human connections. Target is supposed to be a safe space for people who like throw blankets and adulting. This one? It's a Target in name only. A rogue franchise. A glitch in the red polo matrix. If this were the only Target I'd ever visited, I'd assume the whole brand was a prank.
