Is it nice? It's ok Is it ok? I've been to worse. Could it be better? Yes! I've stayed 2 times here and the first time was great as I was in a loft room (it's a must). If you have bottom floor room you will notice that your neighbors have lead feet. The bottom floors are pet friendly so if you bring a pet this is what you get. Take a look at my picks and you will see a numerously stained floor. Was it dog piss or human piss they could not clean? My $100 carpet shampooer could have done better. So pissed by this I went to shoot hoops only to have to hope that the net holding the backdrop of the hoop would not snap off and impale me or my kids as I did my best Jordan moves on them. Seriously it needs to be fixed as someone will get hurt and it looks like shit. See pics. The people who work there are very nice and and I enjoyed their service and the breakfast. The location is great but seriously they need to undercover boss this shit and update the property. The other highlight I had was the walking my dog and the two maintenance workers smoking some weed behind the building. Lucky for me my dog got a contact buzz and was chill for the night because the bottom floor always has movement around. It's a 2.5 star review for me but as I said I would stay here again if I had a loft room and with some minor updates.

The check-in process was abysmal. We provided our credit card to pay the $100 security deposit and were told our credit card declined. Extremely concerned, we checked out mobile banking app that showed that the transaction had gone through. The gentleman at the desk kept insisting it had declined, until another employee showed him that he ran our credit card incorrectly...way to make us nervous! Other guests checking in around us were asked which floor they wanted to stay on, except for us! He just placed us in a room on the ground floor. When asked if we could stay on the second floor, we were told there was no more second floor rooms. The employee next to him then jumped in and said, "That's not true, we have plenty of second floor rooms." We went up to our room and about an hour later, we heard someone approach our door and entered our room with a keycard! We then realized that the guy at the front desk did not in-fact check us into the hotel, but gladly took our $100. From that moment on, we were fearful that other guests could potentially enter our room. While the bed was very comfortable and clean, it looked like someone was murdered in our bathroom. The tub had scattered orange-red stains, and the carpeting outside the bathroom had a blood stain. Not to mention other cigarette stains in the carpeting and hair on the shower curtain. Breakfast was average, your standard continental spread, but nothing to write home about.

Rust and debris in toilet!

The worst hotel I've ever been in! Can we have a zero stars? Door lock only semi functional. When it unlocked you had to kick the swollen door open...and then kick it closed again to make sure it latched Carpet in the room was wet..smelled of mold and mildew. Water from the taps was brown for 30 seconds. Toilet was full of rust debris The "clean" bed had long black hairs inside the "clean" sheets. Walls and headboard appeared to have a blood like matter splattered and pooling. Most disgusting place I've ever been. I've got pics.

Was just in Paris for three nights for work at a major hotel brand where I'm platinum for life and my room at Sonesta is just as nice. Super surprised! Nice front desk staff, breakfast included, huge room, good a/c comfy bed, kitchenette, pool etc. I can't find anything wrong with this hotel. Room looks remodeled or new. I'm a fan.

Huge area to stretch out!

I don't think I can say enough positive things about this hotel. The room was more like a condo! Full kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, large and comfortable sofa bed. Traveling with four children can be a challenge, so the opportunity to spread out was nice. The front desk staff was very welcoming. The lobby was large and welcoming as well. The room was clean and comfortable during the night. Breakfast was amazing. Hot, fresh and plentiful. The operations manager was standing in for the regular food service specialist and she was so pleasant. My children loved this stay, as did I! We will definitely make this a permanent stop on our east coast travels, and also looking into other locations as well. Thank you so much!

My family was looking to stay at a place near my Aunt and Uncle's shore house and found this hotel…read more They decided to stay here since one of our cousin's has come here and said it was his go-to place. The motel is relatively clean, I'll give them that. There's what it ends... First of all, we arrived 15 minutes after check-in was supposed to start. My Mom and I had to drive around the parking lot FIVE TIMES at least before we found a spot (second to LAST SPOT in the back of the parking lot). This is due to all the people going to the restaurant next door (The Crab Trap) and using the hotel's parking......... When we arrive, the woman checking in asked for our license plate number, and when my Mom said she wasn't sure, she pretty much demanded that "by tonight", my Mom needed to take a picture of the license plate to show her (we never ended up doing that...). Since we had a lot of bags, I used a luggage cart that they had in the lobby to bring our bags upstairs. The cart was super hard to navigate and the wheels would barely move. It kept crashing into walls and not moving. There is only one elevator in the entire motel, and it runs slow as molasses. (And the elevator is SMALL), it fits 3-4 people comfortably MAX. Any more than that is super super confining and claustrophobic. When we got into our hotel room, the room seemed clean. The remote is covered in plastic (that we were NOT to remove according to the directions). There was also a sign in the bathroom talking about how all everyone raves about their "spa towels" and how they're able to be purchased for a set price. The towels felt SUPER rough... In addition, if any items were missing, they listed an itemized price list of how much you would pay for each item. Once we got in the room, I left the luggage cart outside our room (figuring that hotel staff would grab it and bring it down). Five minutes after we got in our room, we received a phone call on the hotel phone. I answer and the Front Desk asks if I took a cart. When I said yes and that I left it outside the room, she says "Can you bring it down for the other guests to use since there's only three?" Is it normal for hotel guests to have to bring the cart back down??? I almost wanted to ask what their hourly rate was so that they could pay me... Our hotel room also had a door which appears to be a conjoined room. However, we were nervous since the door didn't 100% close within the door frame (or at least didn't look like it), so we were scared someone from next door could come in if they really wanted to. We slept fine in the room (the bed and the pillows were comfortable enough. In the morning, when we were checking out, we went in the elevator and there was a used condom in the corner......... We notified the front desk and they were appalled that they had never seen that in their 26 years of working as a staff member. Also, the cleaning supplies that the maids were using were very very strong and have a sickening powdery chemical smell. It ended up choking my Nana, and she is used to cleaning with bleach which is strong.. All in all, the motel served its purpose (we were only here two nights), but I wouldn't want to come back...

We meet with Lisa and did a walk around the ballroom and garden room. Lisa made us feel so welcomed and explained our options and answered our questions. We immediately booked our destination wedding which occurred on May 23,2026. All our family and friend reside in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Manhattan, Long Island, and New Jersey. Lisa and Molly began to help us find vendors by providing us with a vendor list. We chose everything from their list, and we were very happy with their vendor list. We booked a block of rooms for our family and friends. Lisa and Molly kept in contact with us the entire time. We went down for a food tasting, and we knew this wedding was going to be amazing. We meet the chef and maître d who will be taking care of us. The food was amazing. The room was set up perfectly. Our cocktail hour was great. There was plenty of staff on hand to make out wedding amazing. Lisa and Molly were both honest, professional, caring, and overall friendly. They answered the million emails I sent them, took my phone calls, and helped us from day one till the ending of our wedding weekend with the brunch. The wedding party went on without any hitches or issues. Our guests spoke about how wonderful and attentive the staff was, how beautiful and clean the ballroom was, how clean the bathrooms were, and how amazing the food was. We had plenty of space for dancing, a photobooth, rolling bar, coffee station, and seating for our guests. The food was served at a good pace and served hot. I did not feel rushed at all. When the night was over, the staff packed everything up for us and transported it to our room. The next morning, we hosted a brunch. The staff was so attentive at the brunch. All the breakfast food was so good. They cleared plates and continued to bring out more breakfast items during the whole time. Lisa was with us on the night of the wedding and at the brunch the next day. I have to say, we were so pleased with Lisa and her staff and the Flanders. If you're looking for a nice, easy going, fun wedding, you need to book here.

Check-in and out was seem less. There was always someone at the desk to help us and they were very nice. They provide beach passes, parking is only $15 a day. The place is very clean, beautifully decorated and recently renovated (in the last few years). The rooms have their own AC units, beds are comfortable, bathroom is big with 10ft ceilings, a rain shower head for the perfect pressure and shower experience. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is from 6am-10am. You can help yourself to cereal and oatmeal but they also have different menu items everyday. Today was omlet with 5 toppings or a parfait. The meal was well balanced with an arugula salad and a healthy serving of a variety of fruit. Coffee, tea, milk and OJ available. I loved sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs throughout the day reading my book. They offer blankets and umbrellas. Lemonade, coffee, tea, cookies, and wine are available in the evenings sometimes. Water (hot and cold) available from their filtered machine. You can sit inside or enjoy the porch area where there was a nice breeze. The owner, Sne, can be found working at all hours of the day. From serving coffee in the morning, fixing something in the afternoon, and delivering ice cream in the evening. He takes great care of the place and it's decorated with antiques he has collected. Only a couple blocks away from the boardwalk/wateraprk. The hospitality, attention to detail, and cleanliness were unmatched. We were only here for a night and are excited to return next time.
