I do not want to give them 1 star, because they do not deserved it. visit this horrible place on 2/18/18 from Los Angeles. The order was wrong, the food was disgusting and the prices were crazy. We could not believe that for a hamburger they charged you a cheeseburger without the cheese and they also charge for the water. The meat on one of the burger were raw and the other ones burn. The manager TONI called me after my call to the corporate offices, because the phone from the Apple Valley location does not work. She promised on 2/20/18 to give the refund of my order, but I do not see the credit back in my card yet and I have not heard from here since then. I NEED MY REFUND. We were here last night. They handed us a bag with our pretzel sticks order, but not the rest the food. I put my hands in the bag to move the pretzels around (touching them) and check for the cheese sauce ( which ended up being super salty and awful tasting). I folded the top of the bag to keep the food warm on the way home, and set the bag next to my feet on the floor. We were then handed our drinks and told the order was complete. When we asked for the rest of our food, the woman at the window (receipt says 'Jasmine') gave us an attitude and then demanded we give her the bag back. We handed it over, astounded about why she would be upset. She looked in the bag, then turned around and started yelling at the line staff. About 2 minutes later she returned with a different full bag with all our food and said, "here", and shut the window. While we were waiting for her to return with our food, I watched her walk out to the car behind us with a bag that looked like the one we had. The car behind us then left and pulled into a parking spot while we were still waiting. We pulled beside her once we had all our order and asked if she had ordered pretzel sticks. She said 'yes' and I could see the bag was the same because I could see where I had folded the top of the bag when it had been handed to me originally. I told her that we had the bag originally and that I had touched the pretzels to move them to look for the cheese, and that she should go back and ask for fresh ones, because they shouldn't have given a customer food that had already been in the hands/car of another one. She made a disgusted face and said that was just wrong they gave her food someone else already had, and we saw her go back to the drive through as we left. Now that we know Sonic does that we will never eat there again. In addition though, the burger we bought was slapped together, falling apart, and not very good tasting, AND they didn't put the lid on the shake right and it ended up spilling all over the car when we tried to pick it up (it was picked up properly from the cup, not the lid), so that was a big mess we got to clean up before we ate, plus a waste of money. Forget you Sonic- your food and staff are terrible, and the health department should be investigating your business practices. We will not spend another penny at your establishment. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. This has got to be the worst Sonic I've ever been to. I had ordered 2 shakes and 2 cherry limeades at 3:18pm. I finally left at 3:50pm after never having been served what I ordered. Prior to my leaving, I noticed other cars were leaving without their order as well. Stop it with your slow service Sonic! The wait here is expectedly ridiculous. If you park, you can expect to sit for 20-30 minutes. I hesitate to write a negative review because anything could change. It could change the next day. However, I've visited this particular Sonic more than once and the employees always seem "new." Most recently, I asked if there were any cheeses besides the one my sandwich came with. Yellow cheese upsets my system whereas white cheese does not. The girl replied, "Let me go check for you." Another girl came over the speaker and repeated my order to me. I asked *again* if there was a different cheese I could get. She also responded, "Let me go ask." Why don't they know their own menu? She came back after a while and offered me one alternative so I said, "Okay, I'll take that instead." I hit the red "talk" button again because the screen showed my total but the card reader didn't appear to work. I asked, "Do I use the car reader or do you take my card?" This time I didn't even get an answer. My food came. Guess what kind of cheese they put on my sandwich? As I took the first few bites into my sandwich I realized I got the usual American cheese that comes standard instead of what I asked for. And I haven't seen them on roller skates in a long time so I guess that didn't pan out for this location. They're great about soda refills and the tater tots are tasty but if they don't know their job when dealing with customers, I'm scared to think what might be happening back in that isolated kitchen. read more
