I pull up and yay no line.... I should have known then not to order. I press the button it takes a couple minutes for them to answer( the girl literally said order) I ordered got my food asked if there was ketchup. Guy says no so I say can you bring me extra ketchup and a couple of mustards. We ordered fries, tots, some corn dogs, and supposed to be a slider chicken sandwich, 2 diet sodas. Guy brings back 3 ketchup packets and some mustard. I was like I asked for extra and he shrugged his shoulders. I hopped into the drive thru hoping to get someone else. Nope this guy was at the window help the girl that was supposed to working it. I again ask him for extra ketch. He says I have to charge you. I was like why would you charge me I ordered food and just want ketch so my kid will eat her food. He reluctantly gave me 6 packets of ketchup and I left. Got to the park to have a picnic with the food and half the order was wrong and the sodas weren't diet. Never again will I order food here. From the past I knew going in that they were slow and usually had not very good service but this was mind blowing. read more

I ordered 2 large sweet teas and and a power aid slushy on the app and still sat there for 20 minutes before I got my order there wasn't a lot of people in the drive through if I was going I would of just ordered in the drive through what's the point in ordering from the app to wait that long I guess they were all on break you can see one of the employees sitting on a chair eating from a bag of chips in the cooking area to be fair I usually come to this location for my drinks and its not this bad but the dude chilling on the chair in the cooking area is over the top i have pics to prove it read more

I went to this Sonic to take advantage of their half price milkshakes, I placed an order for 2 milkshakes. When I paid I was handed one that was good and one that was melted (like it had been sitting out awhile) I handed it back to the man at the window and asked them to remake it. 2 minutes later I was handed the same milkshake, all they did was scoop some out and replace it with the whipped cream. I know sonic isn't a place where you go to be "wow'd" but their ice creams are generally good and their prices reflect that (yea, I'm not spending $7 for a scoop of ice cream *ahem, baskin robbins*). The line wasn't longer than average tonight, but the wait was ridiculous. So much so that when I actually got my banana split blast, it was already in a soupy state. I would honestly give this place 0 stars if I could. The manager Jamie or Amy, whatever her name is, has terrible customer service. She spoke in a very rude manner to a friend of mine simply because he was explaining that he needed to change part of his order due to a food allergy. Instead of exchanging this part of his order she was rude and disrespectful. She claimed my friend was arguing with her over the ingredients on the menu and repeatedly interrupted him instead of listening and providing half-second service. I'm posting this here to let people know that the employees will treat you terribly and the disgusting manager will back up their bad behavior. I'm going to start this review off by stating yes sonic has ice cream but I would rather go to the store and get my own tub of vanilla or chocolate ice cream ( because this sonic location only had vanilla) and making my family and myself our own milkshakes at our house. Secondly I understand that there is a long line when I show up so I'm expecting a long wait. When I do order I know from experience (me being a fast food condenser) that before I say what I want I should state the size I want my food or drink in. I also understand that the drive thru speaker on my end is not that great, so I can only imagine what the employee hears on their end, this being said I appreciate this Sonic location because they are operating with the cards that they are dealt. I have seen other review on this place and I haven't personally tried using the app but it sounds like this location is not owned by the franchisor and it's not the managers fault or any other employees fault if they can't take the app. To conclude this review I would like to state that this location is my go Sonic location and I appreciate the people working there. read more

If I could give this sonic no stars I would. Came to this location and ordered two drinks well when I got to the window to pay I handed the manager my debit card and she asked for my ID. I told her that I didn't have my ID and that it was a debit card she stated she needed my ID. I have never been asked for my ID all the other times I've come here and I told her that she stated that there were signs stating that my ID was needed. No signs were up stating that. I went through Drive thru for drinks. The lady at the window was very rude. She was handing me my drinks and I told her I ordered a blue raspberry cream slush not a raspberry one. She then proceeded to have an attitude. I did ask her nicely and apologized if she misunderstood me, but she was still rude. Sonic Drive-In is pretty much my go to stop when on a road trip. Those Root 44 drinks are a must on long drives!! No, it's not super healthy but if you find yourself on a long drive and have nothing to eat, Sonic it is! I highly recommend their berry lemonade slush, the chicken club toaster (which isn't on the menu but you can still totally order it) and their skinny fries. Quite yummy and hits the spot every time! That's just my usual order, you can literally make up something and they'll probably make it. They have literally any burger you can imagine along with any shake or drink you can dream up. The staff is always really nice. It's your standard drive in and park and they deliver everything right at your window. The honey mustard is usually on point too, random I know but it's a must! =) read more

My family arrived, ordered, waited over 20mins because suddenly their credit card machine went down and we didn't have enough cash to pay.
