AI says "According to the official Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) RAMP guidelines, there is absolutely nothing in the state's Liquor Code that restricts the number of drinks served to a single customer at once. Ordering a "shot and a beer" combo (commonly called a boilermaker) is completely legal under state law." So the policy is strictly Firebird's - odd that they won't admit that .
