This location continues to disappoint. Even when it's dead the wait times are high. They can't seem to get an order right. We ordered two slushes and a brownie. First they forgot us. They came out to take our order and then we waited about 15-20 minutes before pushing the button for help. They came back out to take the order again because it didn't go through. After another 10 mins they brought out the brownie and the wrong drinks. They left the wrong drinks with us and went to go get our slushes. They finally brought us the right drinks. They ended up comping the order but it literally took nearly an hour for 2 slushes and a brownie they pulled pre made from the fridge. We've only been to this location a few times since they've opened and I have yet to have a smooth experience there. My lovely girlfriend and I were on a sweet trip to Seattle this weekend, and coming home we thought what's a better to end this romantic weekend than with some delicious Sonic cherry limeade?! Well let me tell you! We were wrong. We arrived at this Sonic with high hopes, thinking maybe we'd even indulge in some mozzarella sticks. We pull up to the speaker and ask if there are eggs in the mozzarella sticks, as my sweetheart has an allergy. The worker was extremely disrespectful and annoyed that we even asked the question. We decided against food all together and just went for beverages- 1 small cherry limeade and 1 medium. When we pull up to the window, they mistakenly charge us for two smalls. I explictly say I want a medium and they shut the window on me. A few minutes go by and another worker comes to ask what was wrong with my order. I just want a MEDIUM and a SMALL. Finally, the drinks are in hand. To our disappointment, THIS COMPANY USES STYROFOAM CUPS. HORRIBLE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT!!!!!!! Will definitely not be coming back. We went to this restaurant to get the advertised special, quarter pound double stack cheeseburger/ medium tots. When we got home, about ten minutes later, we opened the bag and the burgers looked nothing like the ones advertised on tv. It was as if they were smashed down and the bun was a plain bun and not the one advertised. They need to hire a quality assurance person. Absolutely horrible place with low staff and they are NOT DoorDash friendly! Today I went there for a DoorDash order and they gave me the wrong order from another DoorDash order. I handed one item back and they took it, But told me they couldn't take the other item because of their policy. That makes NO sense, But okay! I dropped the order off and I got another order for DoorDash and the line was 20 cars long wrapped around the building and my order was only 2 drinks so I called to see if I could use the bypass lane and they declined the first call and answered the second time telling me no I could not. Amazing experience! After ordering our food my boyfriends son bounced his BRAND NEW TOY (literally bought it less than 5 minutes ago) on the roof of the drive in! He was devastated and it was really sad staring up there feeling helpless not being able to get it for him! :-( after trying a few ways to get on the roof we asked the staff if they possibly had a ladder to help us. At first they said NO and a few more tears were cried... BUT BOBBIE came to our rescue! Bobbie a crew member came out with a ladder and crawled up to the roof and got his NEW toy down!! The last two times I have gone my order has been incredible messed up. Two route 44 cherry Dr Peppers that went straight down the drain when I got home because there was no syrup in either drink. Then today I order 1 large unsweetened tea and 2 large raspberry teas and ended up getting two mediums because that was "what I ordered". I will not be going back. I actually really like Sonic. I did not however like this location. During the ordering process they asked if we wanted dipping sauces for the mozzarella sticks? We didn't order moz sticks, we ordered a medium ched 'r' peppers. I love their fries and mainly came for them. They were old and cold. I used the cheap ranch to try to make it better but still gross. The patty on my cheeseburger also was old and cold. The jumbo popcorn chicken image was not what was presented to us. Most of it was breading and very little chicken. They did however give us about 10 peppermints with our order?? The peanut butter cookie dough master blast was the only good thing we consumed. After reading the other reviews I will not return to this location. I'd rather go to McDonald's across the street. read more

I've eaten here several times and been disappointed nearly each time. But tonight I decided to give them another try. I was shocked! It wasn't very busy but my order was on time, it was all correct, The food quality was good, and the wait staff was very friendly and competent. One star is too much I would honestly give them a negative five stars. So in the beginning days we tried here and no one would answer the speakers or if they did it was fifteen minute wait. Ok not good but they were new and busy. I called talk to Nikki the manager and she gave us to free value meals for all of the trouble. We decided to give it time to retry. Now they have been open for almost a year and it has only gotten worse. We pulled to drive through spent about five minutes making up our mind I hit the button they turned it off. This evening my family went out to dinner at this location. Despite other reviews the food all came out in a timely manner, and was warm. However there was a mess up with one of the orders placed. We talked to them as soon as the food came out and they started the replacement. By the time everyone was done with their food the replacement hamburger still wasn't here. We had to contact the manager and she went inside and immediately brought out the burger that had been sitting inside for who knows how long. Now I wouldn't be bothered by this on a busy evening but we're the only customers, and they have multiple staff members on. I wouldn't dine here again, and would recommend a trip to the sonics in Lacey over this location. read more

By pass this sonic unless you want a major let down and major waste of time. I have gone to this sonic a handful of times since they have opened. Normally when I go to sonic its just for a limeade or slush and some how they manage to mess up simple drink orders each time. Recently we started door dashing to generate income during this rough time and Sonic is one of the restaurants that occasionally comes up to pick up an order for someone. We pulled up to the drive through, told them we were there for a door dash order (that had already been placed and paid for ahead of time) we sat in line from the time I told them we were there for a door dash order until we got the window for 20 minutes then they did not have the order even ready. Instead the employees are all laughing, yelling, goofing off,and having chats with each other. They acknowledged we were there and came to the window after about 2 minutes then took another 5 minutes for 2 shakes. The young girl at the window muttered some half assed apology then gave an eye roll when I asked for a drink carrier. They have little to no common sense about the fast food world or how to actually provide customer service. The staff here is always going through turn over which causes the staff to truly not give a care about the customers who are helping them stay open. I truly hope this sonic takes a turn around for the better or just does everyone a favor and closes. read more

First let me say I love Sonic. However, this place needs some additional training. Ordering is challenging (you have to repeat yourself A LOT). It is new, but it has been open long enough for people to know how to take orders. If you order too many items (more than 1), oh man. We love Sonic but not this one. We have gone twice on road trips between Portland and Seattle. First time we waited forever and rude customer service. The order was missing a whole meal. The second time, and our last time ever, we were disgusted with how the food tasted. There was something with their frying oil that made the food taste terrible and bitter. It had some weird after taste. I think it was just really old oil that hadn't been changed out in who knows when. Several of us got sick to our stomachs after eating and not even finishing our food. We all had different things, chicken strips, mozerella sticks, fries, it all tasted terrible with the same after taste of the oil. After a long day of hiking at Mount Saint Helens, we decided to stop here and get a snack on our way back to Seattle. They took our order promptly in the drive thru, but we then had to wait around 15-20 minutes for our food when there were only a couple of cars in front of us. Once we got the food, it was nothing special, just the average food that you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. I've only been to this location once so I don't know if the service is always this slow, but its definitely one of the longest waits I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. read more

Ok, I love milkshakes. Every day after work around 3-4 pm, I go get a milkshake. When I first started going, the milkshakes were wonderful. Mixed well, perfect amount of stuff. They were great. Now, they can not seem to get anything correct. First time I ordered a medium peanut butter cup milkshake add peanut butter. They asked me a couple times what I wanted so I broke it down. I want a peanut butter cup milkshake with peanut butter. Got my order, no peanut butter. Next day I switched it up, peanut butter milkshake add peanut butter cup. Again, this was hard to process. Ok, peanut butter milkshake, add Reesie's peanut butter cup. Got my order, no peanut butter . I love milkshakes. I work really hard and this is a small highlight in my day. Like a favorite cup of coffee or finding a check in the mail. So, one more time today. Same order. Got my milkshake. NO PEANUT BUTTER! Good lord. How hard is it to add peanut butter. The new lady taking orders is rude as well. I always say please and thank you, I'm always patient, kind. I understand that people have bad days. She is just direct and rude. No customer service skills at all. So to the crew who made my milk shakes in the beginning.....PLEASE COME BACK! You did a wonderful job and I should of told you that. I should of tipped you better.
