HORRIBLE. I have never written a review but this place has the crappiest costumer service. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes and no one ever took my order. I drove around to the window thinking the speaker might be broken but when I pulled up I saw 3 ladies complaining and talking drama. I sat there another 10 minutes while the people behind my started yelling into the speaker trying to get someone's attention. I'm a fan of chilling in my car and waiting and talking with company or jamming to music, etc. But man oh man a 15 min wait just to get someone to answer the red button call that I made is the WORST I have ever had at a sonic. This isn't the only time at this sonic either. Food is frequently cold. Slow to get out and the friendliness of the employees is way below par. I don't know what the issue is, management or pay for the employees but something needs to change if you want my business again. I don't know how widespread it is to have indoor seating at a Sonic, but for us wanting to avoid eating inside a new car this worked well. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. The ice tea was sour. I asked before ordering and was told it was made one hour ago according to the manager. Lie!! I know good tea and when it is old and soured. Didn't offer to make fresh tea. Asked if I wanted something else but if I wanted something else I would of ordered it. Poor customer service!! One thing to say: the food was absolutely horrible. We did not have much of a problem with the wait, but when we got our food, it was not worth the money. I ordered a meal of chicken nuggets, expecting at least something decent. But, when I received the food, it was incredibly overcooked and crunchy, amounting to something like chicken chips. It was inedible. My son ordered some tater tots. He said to me that they tasted strange and felt like they had been in the fridge. They were disgusting, according to him. He also ordered a small orange soda, and lamented that it tasted unlike any he had ever had, being extremely chemical. I'm from Oklahoma where we think there should be a Sonic on every corner and we stop there daily. Unfortunately, this is the worst sonic I've ever been to. I've tried to keep giving this place a chance to redeem themselves but it just gets worse and worse. I've never received a correct order. I tried once more yesterday to stop for a drink, since last time I was there the manager said major changes were being made, but I couldn't even get someone to take my order! And there was only one other customer! It's mind boggling to me why this continues to happen. The one on Dell Range is not great either but at least it's not horrible like this one. It's just not always convenient to drive to the other one. I miss having good Sonics everywhere! read more

First, we tried to order the chicken strip basket dinner with cheesy tots, and were told they couldn't do that. When or order came, they have us no napkins or condiments. I had to go all for them. Lastly, we asked one boy for a refill and he said, "I don't know, dude." And then just walked away. I asked another employee, and she informed us that they aren't allowed to give refills. This has been the worst service ever. We even called the Sonic on Dell Range, and they agreed that this was our customer service. Horrible experience. 20 minutes in the drive through. One of the servers had a preying mantis (NO JOKE) on his shoulder while he was handling and serving food. No read back on our order. Kid who took our order was really unprofessional, then when we got to the window he asked us if we "we're the ones with a ton of food?" Look, not expecting a ton when we go to fast food but we do expect there to be clean food handling (especially with a huge window where we can watch you make our food-- And BUG FREE) and we expect professionalism and our order to be correct. 3 times now when I have gone to get and take husband lunch Mickey has been one on speaker taking order. All 3 times I have had to yell my order repeating it 3 or 4 times before she finally got it right. Making me late back from lunch. Okay...first off...I think Sonic has, BAR NONE, one of the BEST mothaf***ing burgers yoy could possibly get from a fast food joint...the others being Carl's (Jr.) and (if you can still find one in CO) GoodTimes... Well...that said...I live up the street from this Sonic...and if we feel like burgers, we usually go to this place, unless of course we fire up the grill...so abuway...we been going here since we moved here and this has been going on for 15 years now...In my case its been about 6 years since the other 9 years I was up here off and on...anyway... for the last 4 years I noticed a sudden drop...and I do mean DROP...in both excellence and standards...the 15 minute wait times in the drive-thru...the busted-ass speakers (resulting in a LOT of what I'm going to talk about in a moment), sloppy waitstaff and a filthy as F@&*!!! interior...hasn't been cleaned in God knows how long and smells like S#**...possibly cos they never touched the toilets...and EVERY DAMN TIME I come here they f*** up the order...EVERY TIME!!! I can't remember the last time I rolled through here and NOT have SOMETHING go wrong with the order I constantly have trouble placing...because half the F***ING speakers DON'T F***ING WORK!!!! And the drive thru speaker is by far the WORST!!! It took 13 minutes to to the drive through with only one car ahead. A man was power washing the drive way and the server yelled it him, he told her to get the "f" out of his face. My 6 year old granddaughter had to witness the exchange. The whole time our drinks were sitting on the counter and we had to wait. We finally had to blow the horn to get our drinks. read more

Let me start by saying I LOVE Sonic, I live my life around when I get to have some cheddar bites and toaster clubs.... That being said this is among the worst sonic drive in's I have been to. I have 3 seperate times gotten partially frozen cheddar bites that were clearly pulled from the fryer early. The buns and bread on my sandwiches is more often than not stale. I can't comment on the condition of the inside because I never go in but they do have far too few people working the kitchen. It has not been unusual for me to wait 15+ minutes for my food, which is unacceptable for any fast food fare. Also at least every 3rd time I go there the shake mixer is broken and they cannot offer shakes (isnt that like one of the MAIN menu items for Sonic?) read more

I just recently visited this Sonic after many months of not going because the service used to be horrible. I figured with the new boneless wings they were advertising, I would try them again. What a complete 180!! The service was friendly, the employees were moving quickly and even better yet, my order was RIGHT and absolutely delicious!!!
