I really like the dirty drinks and the pretzel, however, I can only give this location 3/5 stars due to the inconsistency. I've been there a few times and the first time was perfect, each time after that my dirty drink was missing fresh fruit, which is an extra fee and the pretzel was overcooked and dry.

My burger has no toppings on it, i had no pickle and they put pickle, theres one sliver of onion in the box, not even on the burger. I waited 15 minutes for my order to get no lettuce or tomato and all this other bs. What a terrible spot, I'm never going back. Staff are a circus show, 14 dollars down the drain

11:00 at night and we had a big delay getting our food. The burger was burnt up and we didn't get sauces, napkins, etc.

Food is okay but NOT worth the wait! Over half an hour and the place is not even packed! Never again!

As for the rest of the menu, I can't say anything about it--I didn't have anything else besides the slush.

My husband and I were greeted promptly at around 6:00 on a Friday night in July and were able to be seated immediately, inside, upstairs. It was cool and open with a nice large TV for viewing games... more a bar feel than downstairs or out on the enclosed patio. Our server, Courtney, was outgoing and helpful. Her description of the dishes for our experiences. We ordered a bowl of clam chowder for starters. It was hot and creamy but not too thick. Very tasty. We shared a half of two different sandwiches: turkey burger and fried chicken with bang bang sauce. I had coleslaw as the side and my husband ordered a baked potato. Nice to have choices other than fries. We both really loved our sandwiches. The turkey burger is made in-house with their own added ingredients. It was flavorful and actually tasted like a mix between turkey and a garden burger. My husband said it's the best he's never had. We also loved the chicken sandwich. Perfectly crispy and tangy. Our neighbors saw our dish and regretted not ordering it themselves. Our tab came to $48 without any drinks. A deal for a nice meal. And we were stiffed. Could have easily shared one sandwich and been very satisfied. The vibe in the enclosed, second floor patio was very festive and looked fun. We enjoyed having choices between fine dining, bar casual and outdoor festive. Will definitely return.

Our family ordered a little bit of everything and had mostly no complaints. To start i got one of their seasonal cocktails with cranberry and vodka. It was so strong i couldn't even taste the cranberry and could barely drink it. For entree i got the reuben and fries. I wasn't very hungry and still ended up eating it all! It was a pretty average reuben but i felt like the portions were pretty small especially the fries. One weird thing is that someone ordered a salad and asked for thousand island dressing that came on my reuben and they wouldn't let them order it! They said it wasn't an option which i thought it was weird being that it's on their menu elsewhere. Overall this place has pretty solid food. Some of my family loved it but i thought it was just average. I could see this place being packed in the summer time with it being right in the downtown area.

It was a bunch of things I would never think to put together (the brisket, orzo "mac" and cheese, fried onions & molasses bbq sauce) and it was really good. My only real complaints are that they charge for bread and for salad. I guess charging for bread is becoming a thing; this is the second restaurant I've been to recently where they've done that. If their menu prices were lower, I could understand it, but with entrees at $20 - $40, I would expect at least a piece of bread and an accompanying vegetable.

It's great for a casual date or a nice meal with friends. We started with the bread board which was alright. I think they described the bread as focaccia, so I was expecting a bread with more of a crunchy crust and the classic dimples on top. However, this bread was fluffy and soft, but it was still very good. I'm not sure if I would get it again since it felt like a bread board I could put together at home. I preferred the bruschetta we got last time. For my entree, I went with the chicken parm which was very good. The chicken was coated well and the sauce was delicious. Overall, this is a great spot for Italian food in Royal Oak, and we'll be back for future date nights.

We had to walk past 4 or 5 tables that hadn't been cleaned yet to get to one that was actually available. The waitress cleaned the table, since it had not been wiped down yet. Then gave us menus. Then she left and we did not see her. Fifteen or so minutes later a gentleman (the manager, I believe) came over and asked if our order had been taken yet. We said no - he apologized and took our order. The order took about half an hour to get to the table. While we sat there, we enjoyed the older music being played. It was a little loud and we were sitting near a speaker, but at least the music was enjoyable. The food was VERY overcooked and both items tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The fish and chips were ordered with zucchini instead of fries. The fish was DARK and extra crispy. The tarter sauce that was served with it was spoiled - I had used a little bit on one bite and was met with a nasty/sour flavor. I tried a little on my fork - it was bad, very bad. The chicken tenders were also VERY dark and had an odd smell. I am thinking the smell was from the old oil - at least I am hoping that's what it was. The ranch that was served with the chicken had separated and was bad, probably from sitting under a heat lamp in the kitchen. It smelled and tasted awful. The zucchini, coleslaw and fries tasted good, so that's a plus. The manager was also friendly and did bring us a refill during our visit. We didn't see him much while we were there, but he seemed pretty busy as they appeared to be understaffed.
