Buffalo chicken dippers

Placed an order. Got home with it just to find out that over half my order was burnt. Was told to come next day for refund. Got there for refund just to be told they can't do a refund for a different day. Was told to contact corporate. When I asked for number was told to go online to get it.

Mustard instead of ketchup with some Moldy Bread. (Footlong Quarter Pound Coney)

Haven't had Sonic in 3 - 4 years since moving from Nebraska. Was very sad to see they didn't have any onion rings and on top of that they added mustard on my hotdog when there wasn't any mention of mustard being requested on the entire order along with using moldy bread. I had to throw the whole thing away. I really want to give the location another chance in the future but for now I'm definitely a bit scared to return any time soon.

Menu at driver side window with speaker. Be warned, most stuff on here is out and the prices may or may not be accurate.

I don't think I have ever left a negative review of a Sonic, I love their large, fresh, homemade juicy burgers and many of their side items and the food has always been excellent. Until today with my stop in Dawsonville. My first clue should have been the general lack of upkeep to the property and building or maybe the fact that there were only three other cars and only one of the three was occupied. Of course, I also should have read some of the other reviews but alas, I just went based upon past experience at other locations. Never again! My next sign should have been the total confusion in the ordering process. We had to start three times and I asked for a single cheeseburger with everything and if they would add jalapeno slices. Although I have ordered this numerous times before at multiple locations around the country this was an extreme challenge here. Then I asked for a side order of their Frito Chili Cheese Pie which was on the menu in front of my window advertising it for $0.99 for a small. Again lots of confusion and we had to begin all over again. At first, they did not have this item and then wanted to substitute for Tots. My drink order, a medium unsweet tea was the easy one. It took over half an hour for me to get my order which I totally did not understand with the lack of customers and it being lunchtime but against better judgment, I did not leave and waited it out. When my waitress arrived I told her I had swiped my card but the display never gave me a confirmation and she said, "Oh those things have never worked." I was told my order was $10.67 which seemed high for any previous visit I had made and asked if there was a receipt showing what I was paying. She said yes, but apparently, you can only view the receipt after they run your card. Once I paid I found out the medium drink was $2.19 and there was an upcharge of $0.30 for a small slice of old lemon. I also paid an upcharge of $0.60 for jalapeno slices that never made it to my burger. To add insult to injury, the Frito Cheese Pie advertised for $0.99 was charged at $2.99. Inquiries to the order taker via speaker the only response was "What's on the sign doesn't matter it goes by what's in here." The food quality was horrible, my burger was cold, not warm but cold like it had been kept in a refrigerator. The cheese was not melted and the hamburger patty was so overcooked I could barely bite into it. I could not eat the burger and opened the expensive side of Frito Chile Cheese Pie and it also was cold, the Fritos were soggy and it tasted awful. I hope this is an isolated really horrible Sonic location and the entire chain has not gone down the drain. I had one bite of the burger and two bites of the Chili Cheese Pie and it was all I could stomach.

MOLD in cranberry slushee. Wtf

There was mold in my friends drink and she had noticed after she drank almost the whole thing. Where her check at

Yesterday was my last time! Burger had been sitting under a heat lamp and tasted old. Plus it was microscopic. Lots of bread however!

Shitty service. Waited for 10 just to get our order taken, then waited 20 minutes to get two milk shakes. But milkshakes are good

Business hours don't reflect when they're open. They're always randomly closed and don't notify guests.

The burger and tater tots were also very good. The menu offers a wide variety of specialty burgers with plenty of customization options, including grass-fed beef for a small upcharge. Fair prices for the quality and quantity of food--definitely left in a food coma. Service: Service was efficient and the food came out well-prepared. No major issues during the visit. Atmosphere: Located in downtown Dahlonega, making it easy to explore nearby shops and dessert spots before or after your meal. The tavern has a darker, eclectic vibe with artwork, punk music, and a slightly edgy feel. The décor fits the restaurant's origins and personality, though the lighting--including in the restrooms--is quite dim. Parking downtown can be somewhat difficult during busy times.

I asked for some Tabasco sauce to help make the sandwich more palatable to eat, instead of being brought a bottle like most restaurants would give you they gave me a condiment cup full of Tabasco sauce, too much for anyone to use. When the bill came for an extra 50 Cent charge for it, I didn't fight it because it was 50 Cent and I just wanted to leave, but it was frustrating. I've never been charged for condiments / hot sauce at a restaurant I'm giving two stars because the server was nice and patient while we figured out what my little one needed to order she had to come back to the table a couple times, but they should have mentioned the surcharge for the hot sauce at the time that I requested it. Would I come back here again for a meal, no. Would I consider coming back to try a cocktail, maybe, only because overheard the bartender speaking to some patrons quite passionately about the flavors which they put together so I would give this part. Another chance even though the kitchen has lost my confidence,

As someone from the home of the Whataburger, Texas, I can honestly say this place is doomed!…read more I usually leave the line in the drive thru, because you can literally sit there for 10 min. The line does not move. That coupled with ppl parking after they leave the window to go back in and get their order corrected, it's not worth the effort. But... went today at about 3:30p, and stayed because there was no one in line at all. I ordered, the kiosk style employee took my order. I paid at the window, because I had cash. As she gave me my change, she asked me to pull around and park at a numbered spot. I was the only customer in the drive thru I realized I hadn't asked for ketchup but remembered Whataburger (from experiences in Texas) is always good about making sure you have it. I love the spicy ketchup. About 4 min after I Parker's, a nice employee brought me my bag with patty melt and fries- The employee was friendly but brought no ketchup and, when I asked, he said I could swing back around to the window and ask. I didn't bother- not sure why he couldn't bring any back out. No napkins in the bag for my very saucy patty melt. The melt was alright, but the fries were lukewarm and stale (way too salty but this is fairly normal for this chain). I will probably choose other burger joint options- I've tried twice with this restaurant, and it's not worth the money or hassle. Hope they revamp and get with the program or they'll never make it.

We had our 12 lb bundle of puppy joy with us so to the back deck we went. I think Dakotah was the only server on the main floor, both inside and out because it took a long time. Long time for water. He was busy even though the restaurant wasn't full. Poor guy. My hubby ordered the muffaletta and wasn't impressed. He ate it though. He loved his Abita root beer. I decided to order from the side menu and I'm so happy I did. The andouille sausage was grilled and tasty. The maque choux was amazing. Think Mexican corn with a Louisiana twist. Perfection!! The loaded grits were also wonderful- chocked full of gouda, bacon, and green onions. Delicious! The gumbo was thick like a stew. The flavor was smoky and sublime. My only beef is instead of all gumbo, the cup was filled mostly with rice... topped with gumbo. Overall we enjoyed our dinner. However, due to the pace of things, the underwhelming sandwich and perception of getting shorted on the chicken and gumbo. I wouldn't hesitate to swing by and order a maque choux to go as a snack except they charge $1 for the to-go container.

The restaurant is decorated with photos and such from the history of Freddy's these were interesting to look at while waiting for my food. I walked up to the counter to order, the person was nice and helpful explaining menu items. There are way more things on the menu than I was ready to try today.
