Had a Super Sonic Breakfast burrito, ordered two, this was the worst burrito I've ever had in my life. I'm 63 and have eaten many burritos. No egg in the burrito, and has a too sweet spicy sauce that isn't sitting well. 50% of the burrito was sauce with a couple tots on it. They were $7 apiece. Tossed them in the trash. Went to this location, ordered 2 blasts, one hot fudge sundae and asked for 2 pup cups. Extra hot fudge on the Sundae, only received one pup cup, not 2. Arrived ten minutes to close, press button, get ignored. Drive to drive thru with three minutes to close. Employee comes out to dump trash -still not 9:00 - and says "oh no man, we're closed." I asked what time do you close. He says "9:00." When I point out that it's still not 9:00, he doesn't respond, just keeps taking out the trash. Really poor service there. read more

Came here on 2/18. We paid for our meal and then a couple of minutes later were asked to pay but it wasn't for our meal. Anyways, not a huge deal. Then we got our food and I didn't have any marinara so we got their attention and asked for some. I guess the girl at the window asked the other employee to get some for her. He tossed it to her and she dropped it. Then he tossed her another one and dropped it again. Again, not that big of a deal. They're having fun. What the real kicker was when i got home and saw my small order of mozzarella sticks. Two of them weren't even half of the size of a full stick. Just annoying when paying for this. I know this isn't the employees fault but come on. You should've noticed these and given an extra full stick or just not given those out. Sonic app changed my order location to this location.. 2 years ago I left a review. Nothing has improved. The phone number to get in contact with the store went straight to voicemail. I pulled in at about 11:35 pm on a Friday night. As I pulled into one of the stalls, the unknown employee turns off the lights to the store. Knowing that they close at midnight (see picture), I go ahead and push the button expecting to order. After a few seconds an employee responds with "Unfortunately we are closed. We closed at 11:30". I followed with "Are you sure you don't close at midnight, Sir?". He stated "No my manager says we don't do much business after 11:30 so we just close early.". I then followed with "Well maybe your corporate office should look into this for you guys. I'll be sure to contact them for you and let them know what's going on!". As I pull out of the stall, the lazy employee starts back peddling and apologizing for his incorrect information. Needless to say, corporate was contacted and a escalation was submitted. But I definitely want to make sure that they get the message about the horrible experience that many are having. if management has failed to even try to fix the problem that has been occurring with this rude girl at the window or speaker box, then the manager is just as guilty as these employees. And I guess what's bothering most is thatwe d reading these other comments and no action has been taken then I know that me voicing my concerns might not do a thing. Someone inside looked at me but never answered the button. Even if you are closed you can have the courtesy to answer and say that! Average customer service. They do bring your food out in a timely manner, but that is where it goes from average to bad. Tried their new menu item of croissant dog along with some tater tots and a strawberry cheesecake shake. First off the food, with the exception of the shake was cold. The shake was soupy and filled with stringy strands of strawberry (yuck). The hot dog was dry and we had to request for ketchup and mustard to get some flavor out of it. The hot dog tasted like it was store bought and the bacon was very crunchy. I mean crunchier that it should be. The cheese was from a jar. It was terrible. The tater tots not only were cold, but old. You could taste the grease it was cooked in. This was a bad experience I am not willing to repeat. read more

The young lady was very nice in reminding us it was happy hour for drinks and was walking away without even expecting a tip until I called her back and gave her one. This is the worst sonic I've ever been to. Whoever the Asian girl is, she's rude and doesn't listen. Gets orders wrong because she won't let you finish talking. I knew my order was wrong before I drove up to the window because she rushed me through my order. When I got to the window I paid a man & was there for a second before the girl appeared and gave me my drink and said "have a nice night" thinking I only bought drinks when SHE WAS THE ONE WHO TOOK MY ORDER. Terrible service. Pulled through drive through and had a question about a coupon on the app.. She yelled to manager- Mark, or Mike, whatever the managers name is, come deal with this lady. (Right in front of me) Manager did fix the coupon amount for me which was great, after a roll of his eyes from having to get up from his chair. I then watched the cashier, with no gloves on, grab a cup and scoop the cup directly into the ice. She did not wash her hands either. I did not see anyone with a hair net on, and all of the girls hair I saw, was really long. I then watched the manager taking to the cashier lady about some guy who I guess drove off without his order, I didn't quite catch that part. This location has some of the most disappointing customer service we have ever received at a Sonic. We drove through the drive-up window and ordered 3 Cherry Limeade Creme Slushes. Upon ordering the cashier seemed to just nod about everything we were ordering. We were continuing to order when she cut us off to stop us from ordering and told us our total. We flagged her and proceeded to tell her that we weren't done ordering and with the most disrespectful monotone voice this cashier had for our disregarded order, we left never wanting to return to this location again. Employees are rude, the food is not great! I just recently went through their drive thru and the cashier gave me a diet dr pepper when I ordered a regular dr pepper so when I nicely explained and asked her to replace it she looked at me blankly like I was confusing her then grabbed it pulled the top off and proceeded to dump the soda out between my car and the window...thanks for the soda all over my car door FAIL! :-/ I will NEVER go to that sonic again! read more
