I am very impressed with this sonic location. The manager is always friendly and my order is always correct. I special order every morning and they always get it right. I get a breakfast toaster with no bread and bacon on the side. This is due to dieting. I appreciate them so much. This location is a 5 STAR!!! from management to all the employees. I have always used this Sonic location bc of the proximity to my house. The carhops have always been polite and friendly. I have started to use the app for the 1/2 drinks and the pickup is very simple. When the carhop brings out the beverage they have been really nice. Tried the new Buffalo Chicken Dip Bites. They are ok but at $1 ($2.99 for 3) they are way too expensive. I also recently tried their Bacon Peppercorn Ranch Grilled Cheese Burger and it was also underwhelming. I would suggest sticking with your normal favorites, like their onion rings and tots. read more

As someone who goes to sonic every day, I usually just go to the one on MLK because it is closer. Although the days that I go to the Sonic on college my day is much brighter. They are always so happy to serve my drink. Today I ordered nine drinks and they wrote what drink was what on the way. So much convenience in one trip to sonic. Not sure why, but I like this Sonic better than the one on MLK (aka, 6th St.). Staff is friendly and food is Sonic -- so you know what you're getting. Although they did recently change their menu. No more chicken tender dinner plate and the fries/tots have more salt on them. Don't remember seeing a turtle shake/malt before so that might be new. read more

I buy here for breakfast after I get off my night shift!! They are AWESOME! I buy here for supper and they are AWESOME! On the rare occasion my order was wrong, they acknowledge it, apologize and correct it. That means a lot to me!! I buy here for Shakes, Concrete, Slushes and they are AWESOME! I used to like this Sonic. The last couple times it was just nasty. Ordered a hot fudge sunday. I asked for whipped cream. They put maybe a teaspoon on there. No Cherry. Then when I went to bite into it, it was all hard and didn't taste like it had any sugar. I told my boyfriend to look at it and he said "I wouldn't eat anymore of that". It was that bad. My fiancé and I went to this sonic and ordered two wacky pack chicken strip meals. Both of us found a red hair in our fries and in our chicken strip containers. It seemed like the length of a beard hair. Very disgusting that we both had hairs in our food. We threw the drinks out not wanting to risk it. WORST Sonic I've EVER been to.I went here about 20 minutes ago to get a route44 and a 5pc cinnasnack for me and my friend to share. We get home and there's no icing (that is supposed to come with the cinnasnack) and only 4 cinnasnacks. I'm sorry but if I'm paying for an overpriced dessert like this one here, I would really appreciate it if it came intact. I've also had several issues with ordering, tonight in particular. I had to repeat my order several times and they still got it wrong. The order came out to be around $9 so I pressed the button again saying I think they got it wrong and about 5 minutes later someone responds saying, "I'm looking for it!" and a minute later says, "Welcome to sonic! How can I help you?" So I repeat the issue again and they don't say anything, but the screen changes to something around $7. All that and my order was incomplete when it got there. Shame on me for thinking it was a good idea to continue trying to order when they couldn't get it right the first 3 times. Won't ever be back. read more
